Great earbuds!!! They do not disappoint
I love these earbuds! My husband promised me these as an incentive for passing my network+ exam. As soon as you open the box these earbuds feel premium. The metal charging case feels so nice and cool to the touch. Nice and hefty feeling too. As a woman, I have quite small ears and these feel nice and snug in my ears. They don't quite feel the way samsung buds fit in the ear but they definitely don't feel like they are going to fall out. However, I choose these over my samsung buds because the sound quality is just as great, if not better, calls sound amazing both ways, and the top reason is battery life. The battery life is outstanding and doesn't even compete with other premium earbuds. My samsung buds got less than 24 hrs with a fully charged case. I tried soundcore but, there was some delay in sound and quality wasn't on par with these. I love Jlab and have many of their products, I knew I wouldn't be disappointed. I have their true pop earbuds, jbuds lux anc headphones, nightfall wireless gaming headset, their mic, work pop headset, and one of their keyboards. I would love to get their epic lux headphones but I had just bought the jbuds lux anc not too long before they had released the epic ones. Maybe a few paychecks from now lol.The app is great too however switching between modes wasn't that intuitional to me in comparison to other brand apps and was a little slow in the initial connection. But after I got the hang of it. It worked well! I am sure they are already working on making it better.

Some compromises being wireless earbuds, but honestly the best on the market.
I would never consider wireless earbuds for my gaming PC, but I was kind of forced into it because I had scalp surgery. My other set is an Audeze Maxwell that I've been using for about a year. I really liked the Audeze, but I was forced to look into the "gaming" earbuds market. I am admittedly an "audiophile" and have wasted plenty of money over the years on DACs, amps, and headphones. Now I am just looking for a good sounding set that is easy to use, wireless and no perceivable "lag." I tried Sony INZONE, Steel Series Gaming Buds, and Asus ROG Cetra Light Speed. Nothing was great and I felt like out of the bunch the Sony's were absolutely terrible. Steel Series does okay, but the sound quality is lacking. Asus was probably the closest to being a winner.Enter these JLab Epic Lab Edition earbuds. It comes with a BLE adapter, and has standard Bluetooth connectivity. Admittedly, I don't use them much on my iPhone as I have Airpods Pro 2. I did connect them and listen to music on these. It was a pretty great experience, but I used the app to set them up. The app is pretty bare bones, but it works for what I needed. I changed the tap functions to suit my needs, then I used these with the BLE adapter on my laptop, gaming computer and Nintendo switch. Honestly love them, as the fidelity is fantastic. I can't detect lag on the audio. The battery life is enormous (8+ hours) when using the BLE adapter. The noise cancelling is good enough to drown out most background noises but obviously not Sony/Bose/Apple quality. The sound quality is to die for, the dual driver has enormous sub bass, and very good midrange and highs. Playing Cyberpunk walking into the bar you can hear the bass and it's almost convincingly moving from tiny earbuds.Truly great overall and my absolute favorite audio product I've bought for my gaming PC. I use JLab Signature EQ and really do like it. Some people like "Knowles Preferred" but I found JLab Signature matches my use case here in "video games." Nit pick is the case is a little tough to open at first, but seems like its getting easier to use now. Also, I'd like to be able to delete noise cancelling off setting in the app so I can just jump back and forth between passthrough and noise cancelling as those are the only two settings I use.5 stars from me. I hope they make the change in the app and these are like 10 stars for me as perfect.

Good... Right earbud quiet
These sound AMAZING. They are the best sounding TWS earbud I have ever used, and sound better than most of my IEM's as well! They have super nice seperation due to the Knowles BA, and I'd reccomend leaving them on the JLAB Signature EQ preset and EQing from there! They are a little harsh on treble out of the box, especially for stuff like Metal and EDM, but have a super satisfying bass, and clear vocals. It's stock tuning is VERY V shaped so slower tracks come out very detailed and clean (I swear I could hear the hammers of a piano hitting the strings in some tracks LOL.) but like I said stock tuning isn't great for faster stuff like EDM, so mess around a bit.The USBC dongle works AMAZING for PC gaming and I absolutely love it! Needs to be in more mainstream buds if you ask me.Sadly I do have some issues with it... they're pretty large and don't fit super well, though I always had a good seal with them using medium eartips. They just are big buds and jut out of the ear a lot, as well as being uncomfortable in the ear after a while. The battery is alright, but I work long hours in a woodshop and find them dying after about 6 hours (LDAC with ANC OFF).and finally.. I sadly have to return these due to the right earbud going about 3 decibles quieter after the first 3 days :(. Think it was just a factory defect but I have seen some issues with batteries floating around. All issues aside... BUY THEM ON SALE. These things go on sale ALL THE TIME. They went on sale for 150 on JLABs website literally a day after I bought them for 200 on here LOL. For the price, the build quality is amazing. The sound is nothing short of breathtaking at this price range, and the dongle is great for use with PC gaming.
