I LOVE this blanket. I use it everyday. The weight and thickness are great, it’s soft, the cord is long which is great. It gets a mild to a nice hot, and I Like heat. It is washable, but I haven’t tried yet, I’m scared.

I initially bought the McJaw Electric Heated Blanket (72"x 84" Full) for myself, but after experiencing its thin yet warm comfort, I ended up purchasing one for each family member. The blanket offers excellent value for money, providing substantial warmth without being bulky. However, the one drawback is the absence of a timer feature, which would have made it more convenient and safer to use, especially before falling asleep. Due to this, I'm giving it four stars. Overall, it's a fantastic product, but a timer would make it perfect!

I wasn't expecting much upon ordering this blanket, as I've had many different ones over the years. This blanket is really super soft! It works as it should with no issues at all. I can turn it on 15 minutes before going to bed and the bed is nice and warm to get into! I am in Michigan, so this is an added bonus during cold winter nights. I only wish the button to turn it on and off/ up and down wasn't so loud, as I sometimes leave it on the warm setting to fall asleep, but wake up during the night to turn off. It's nothing terrible, but it's quite loud in the dead of the night! I also have a queen size bed and this full size covers the entire top of the bed! It's the perfect size for my needs and again, it is SO soft!!

I had read reviews before trying this and noted how some people said it was good and others pointed out the drawbacks. For me, it turns out the drawbacks are too much. I didn't find the blanket comfortable because it's thin fabric and the wires are obvious. It didn't wam up as much as I wanted and because the internal wires are spaced so far apart, the heating was uneven. I think my expectations have been raised because the only other electric blanket I've used is a throw size one from Sealy that has sherpa fabric. The problem with that one is that it's not big enough to cover a tall adult in bed. The sherpa side is also white and I was hoping to find a black or dark blanket with the same color on both sides at a lower price. I decided to try a more premium one, as they are only a few options for bed size electric blankets that have 5 stars. For a cold night, I think I'd prefer an extra thick and comfortable regular blanket instead of this thin and uncomfortable electric one.

It heats well and fairly evenly, but the fabric is so slick that it sometimes slides to one side or down to the foot of the bed if you shift positions during the night.
