It shipped fedex and was amazingly not damaged. Easy to assemble if you’ve assembled office furniture before (30 minutes tops). If you haven’t, the instructions are clear enough. Note that assembly is a 2 person job - probably no getting around that - the top is heavy.

I have purchased about 7 various pieces this Bush Business Furniture in Hansen Cherry. I am a bit neurotic when it comes to office furniture and I wanted something that would last. It had to be able to take the abuse of well….actually using it.I must say that I have been impressed so far. All of the sets came shipped on varying days from different shippers over a one week period. The packing is very impressive. Each piece of wood inside the box is wrapped in foam and/or foam like paper. One box appeared to have taken a beating, but no damage to the items. Several boxes weighed over 120lbs.Assembly varied depending on the item. If it had drawers, it took longer than a desk with two legs. Following the instructions was easy as long as you made sure you chose the correct fasteners for each step. (correct screws)They look very nice with thick laminate and they are extremely sturdy. If you want a commercial grade product at a fair price, look no further.

This is the 4rth one of these that I have put in my professional office. They look good and are pretty solid and heavy.They are press board but very substantial.

Putting this heavy 4 piece desk together was a snap. Took less than 1 hour to snap in pegs and clamps to desk parts. A two person job due to mounting desk top. Would I recommend this desk to others yes!

I purchased this desk for my new office and impressed with the looks. It looks professional and the size is great for meetings with clients. I also ordered the matching file cabinet, which matches perfectly. It was a pain to put together - is very heavy. But the heaviness makes the desk sturdy. I would highly recommend having two people to put it together. I like the idea of being able to add more pieces as time does on.

Love this desk so much this is the 2nd one we have purchased in the last 15 years. Our original desk after several moves, heavy use, and a broken front panel was getting a little wobbly after 14 years. We liked it so much we bought another one. It is very large and open underneath allowing us to each use half with total comfort...and takes up a lot less space than two desks. There was some damage in shipping, and Bush replaced all the parts without question and had them to us in just a couple of days. They also allowed us to buy the piece for the old desk that was broken for almost nothing and shipped it at the same time. The old desk is as good as new too now and being used for guests in our guest room.

One piece top is heavy and feels solid. Make sure you have some one helping. The entire desk is very easy to put together due to limited pieces and screws.Downside: directions are terrible and should be updated eventhough there were limited pieces to put together.

I love this desk in my home office! Decided to switch from my l-shaped desk and found this one on Amazon. Was a bit worried that I wouldn't have enough work space but have plenty of work space left even after placing a rising laptop stand, my laptop, and a second monitor on the desk. It looks great and is very sturdy. Absolutely love this desk.
