9 Inch Car Radio Stereo Navigation for Hummer H3 2005-2010 CarPlay Android Auto 5G WiFi 8 Core 1280 * 720 Resolution with GPS 48EQ Mirroring Airplay Rear 1080P Camera SWC

This unit surpasses all the expectations I had. It is a really handy unit in my Hummer H3 and offers practically all features, such as Radio, Navigation, Backup Camera and more. Screen is bright enough and has a decent size. Tapping, Flicking, Moving Icons etc. is easy and works fine. Sound quality is excellent. I use 4 new JVC speakers. I use only 50% of volume for voice. This is loud enough. Unit has it's own amplifier and the connector interface works well with my Hummer H3. The Bezel fits very well on my Hummer H3.GPS is phenomenal and also traces GLONAS satellites (Russian Navigational System). Overall, an outstanding unit.The installation was rather time consuming. It took me quite some time to find the right wire for the Reverse Camera Trigger. Don't follow the video an search for a pink wire. Mine was brown, the third one from the side of the connector.Instead of the reverse light, to trigger the camera, I installed a switch. Since when using a trailer, I also want to be able to control the load via the backup camera, while driving. I installed an additional hood for the backup camera to additionally protect it from the elements.Today I tested the app download. I downloaded an Android Weather Radar Map. This did not work well. Some prompts such as using GPS location were visible but had no button to activate. Moreover, the install of the WX app blocked my home screen and the unit did not work well as before. I had to de-install the app via the app store. Then everything worked well again.The two USB cables in the back of the unit are routed to a dual USB throughput receptacle that replaces one of the 12V cigarette lighter port.The red wire (marked) needs to be connected to the +12V of the electrical system. I also use a separate switch to connect/ disconnect the unit. I did not notice any noticeable power drain when the unit is off.With an additional step by step installation manual this Car Radio Stereo Navigation Unit would be a perfect product. I still gave a 5 star because the capacity of this unit is awesome.

I still rated this a 4 even though, but be aware if you are purchasing the instructions are not real clear. Once you screw around for the better part of an afternoon figuring it out though you will have an awesome head unit. Pairs great with Bluetooth steering wheel controls that you can find on here.Voice control for everything using android auto.

Didn’t fit correctly

Plugged in and won’t work. Can’t get help

When you plug this unit in, it will feel dead out of the box. It is not dead, just missing some pins on the wiring harness. You must add a wire from the constant +12v off the back of the Hummer side of the wiring to the RED wire connecting to the brown plastic box dangling off the back of the new stereo adapter. Also, the unit requires an antenna adapter plug to convert the small male H3 antenna plug into the Large GM female plug in the new stereo. You will find missing pinouts in the adapter plug. I just worked my way around them using a voltage meter. It fits nicely though. Feel free to ask me for help.

This is a nice radio upgrade. The instructions are hard to follow. Once you install it the sound is great. I found a video online which helped with the installation.

The screen size is perfect—not too big that it overwhelms, but plenty large for easy viewing of maps and apps. It's pretty solid quality as well, they definitely didn't skimp on the build of quality of the screen. I definitely recommend for h3 owners looking bring the whole dashboard into the modern age. There are a couple different aftermarket screens but this one seems like a great pick
