This reward is very beautifully designed, and looks like a legitimate plaque you’d get as an award. It was my friend and i’s 5 year anniversary of friendship. I promised him a certificate at one year and forgot. I told him this made up for it, an d he 1000% agreed

I originally rated this seller a 1 Star because they sent me Someone else’s plaque. I reached out to their customer service and then a few hours later I got response from an associate saying that my order would be replaced immediately. The replacement was expedited, and I received it within a couple of days. Yes, it sucks that my order wasn’t right the first time, but the seller made up for it with a quick resolution. Quality of the plaque is good for the money.

I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my husband. Didn’t unwrap the plastic cover and paper corners until Christmas morning. Everything is perfect. It’s just the back of the plaque has a broken corner.
