The E-Bike I Didn’t Know I Needed!
I've had the pleasure of using the GoTrax Nano 14 electric bike, and it has genuinely been a game-changer for me. Dealing with neuropathy in both feet, mobility can often be a challenge. However, this e-bike has exceeded my expectations in every way.The form factor of the Nano 14 is impressive. It's designed with compactness and convenience in mind, folding up easily for storage and transportation. This has been especially beneficial for me; I can tuck it away in small spaces without any hassle. One aspect that stood out to me was how easy it was to assemble. The bike came with a three-piece tool kit, and the included user’s manual was straightforward and easy to follow. Within a short time, I had it up and running, ready to hit the road.I have the black with teal trim GoTrax Nano 14. While the ride can be a little bumpy, that's to be expected. I added a rack and basket to the back of the bike, which has made small grocery trips fun and convenient. If you're commuting around town and not taking it off-road, the ride isn't as rough as you might think. The seat is thick and comfortable, and the pneumatic tires add to the overall ease of riding.Charging takes less than 5 hours, which is very efficient. The charger resembles a laptop charger, and the charging port, located on the left side of the bike, is easy to use. The top speed is 15 mph, although I seldom, if ever, go that fast. The pedal assist is smooth and easy to use, making every ride enjoyable. The bike includes two keys. Use the key to turn it on for pedal assist and throttle without pedaling. Turn the key to the right again, and a bright headlight and taillight come on. The rear taillight will flash when you press either the front or rear brake, alerting anyone behind you that you're slowing down or stopping. You don’t have to use a key at all if you want to manually pedal without any motor assistance.Performance-wise, the GoTrax Nano 14 stands out. It's smooth and reliable, giving me a sense of freedom and independence I hadn't felt in a while. Riding it is a breeze, even with my condition. The electric assist makes pedaling effortless, allowing me to travel further and more comfortably than ever before. In terms of mobility, the Nano 14 has made a significant impact. I feel more active and engaged, able to go places I previously couldn't without struggle. This bike isn't just a mode of transportation; it's a tool that's enhanced my quality of life. It's also a good bike for those of us in the 55-64 age range. It has a sleek look with a low profile.Given the impressive build quality of this GoTrax Nano 14, I plan to explore more of their products. I’m considering either the GoTrax Electric Scooter with Seat for Adults or one of their 26-inch step-through models, as I wouldn't have trouble getting on or off. I’ve enjoyed my first e-bike a lot more than I thought I would. In summary, the GoTrax Nano 14 electric bike is exceptional. Its compact form factor, ease of assembly and storage, and outstanding performance make it ideal for anyone seeking mobility and convenience, especially those with physical challenges like neuropathy. I highly recommend it. I’ve been using the bike for almost three weeks now, giving me ample time to truly appreciate its benefits before writing this review.

Easy to assemble, easy to ride
This e-bike was very easy to assemble — I finished unboxing and putting it together in about 10 minutes. Once assembled, it folds up easily and fits into the trunk of a car. Although the wheels are small, the ride feels quite stable. Our other e-bike doesn’t have built-in lights, so we often have to recharge external ones. This one comes with built-in lights, which makes riding at night much safer.

Great Bike Excellent Customer Support
This bike is a lot of fun! We had a bummer experience where my son dropped the bike and the handle bar cracked against a stone. It broke the throttle. I reached out to GoTrax support on their website and Lydia hooked me up with replacement parts. I was nervous because the price seemed too good to be true. GoTrax is a legit company with fantastic customer service!

Scooter is nice, parts are terrible
I purchased this e-bike for my son for Christmas. We put the bike together - albeit not much to put together, on Christmas Eve. Before we went to bed we tested out the ignition to ensure that, you know, it worked! While turning the key from off to on and then to the light - the housing holding in the ignition switch popped off completely, with the ignition switch falling out and dangling by it's wires.I emailed the company to see if they had just the plastic housing that can be replaced, and it's been a battle since - with them suggesting I send the bike back, then just the ignition switch itself, essentially rending the bike useless. This is despite the fact that they did not offer to provide shipping for the defective item or bike - that cost would fall to me. The piece that came off is just a housing, so it does not affect the overall ride, but without that housing it is exposed to elements and can easily break at the wires. There are two small screws that hold that piece together with the other side of the housing, small enough screws for reading glasses.I'm hopeful they do the right thing and provide a new housing - but there is no need for me to ship the bike back nor will I ship it back if I'm paying. What good is a "warranty" if it's not used?My suggestion - if you are serious about an e-bike - purchase from a more reputable brand - reviews on Reddit all point to poor customer service.

Perfect choice for teens not driving a car yet.
I purchased this for my 14-year old daughter. The set up was a little trickier than I thought it would be as far as getting the handlebars lined up correctly with the front wheel. Thankfully, the listing includes a video tutorial. She charges it overnight and rides it around the neighborhood for hours. I really appreciate that if the battery does die, she can pedal it as a regular bicycle. The headlight is a great safety feature for early morning rides to the bus stop and dusk to her friend’s house. The seat is easily adjustable by using the clamp underneath the seat. It’s fast enough to be a fun ride and brakes well. She’s thrilled with her new bike!

good quality
Good value commuter e-bike for casual useI’ve been using it almost daily to go to the local store and it’s been very reliable. The size is compact, which makes it easy to store, and it’s comfortable enough for short rides. Speed tops around 15mph — safe and steady. Not built for rough roads, but great on pavement. If you just need something for short commutes or errands, this gets the job done.
