Great product
We got this for our mom for Christmas. She was always wanting to get her pics on her phone printed. This works perfect for her. Very easy to set up and for mom to use. Pictures print quickly and look great.

Great fiind!!
Great product for what I needed. You have to download the app, and follow the directions, although the directions are a bit vague...had some trial and error issues to get it going. But I love that I can print photos from my phone at home and don't have to go to CVS to do it.I do need to figure out how many prints I can make with one cartridge.

Love product pictures print clear and good size just wish that more picture prints would come with it because any photo print don’t work with this product.

Broke nearly immediately
I bought this printer and it did great for the first 20 ish pictures I printed. After that it started making this really loud screeching noise, wouldn't feed the printer paper through and the ink ribbon jammed.I can't find a way to contact the company to even get some tips on how to help fix it.I really wanted to like this but I just can't.

Impressive Printing Quality & User Friendly!!
The media could not be loaded. I originally bought a Kodak model and ended up sending it back immediately the same day because the stupid thing wouldn’t even connect with my Bluetooth, which meant I couldn’t print. I tried troubleshooting everything… I tried calling the company (which was already closed for day) and I tried looking for YouTube videos and finally, I decided it was going back rather than wasting any more time troubleshooting. I’m so happy I did because this model is amazing!! It is user friendly and was very easy to set up! It connected to my Bluetooth and WiFi immediately. The picture quality, color and clarity is phenomenal! I’m very happy with this purchase! Highly recommended.
