Nice, easy to put together and comfy

To be honest, I was skeptical about ordering a product like this without being able to see it first. But, this loveseat is amazing! The quality is great! If you think about it, every piece of furniture has some assembly. So does this loveseat. Tools are provided and the instructions are super simple! Dimensions are spot on accurate. You can trust this purchase. I ordered for my office and love it! I also ordered a chair to go with it. The cushion came creased so I asked for replacement. Customer service got on it immediately and fixed the problem. So, you are in good hands.

Pretty much as described, but a little smaller than I expected. It's comfortable, seems to be sturdy, and was easy to put together. Overall I like it!

I would not recommend this couch. I am one of those people who actually enjoys putting stuff together, but this couch was a real challenge. Cushions were hidden within the armrest spaces, which saved on space in the box, but was an incredible challenge to remove from such a tight space. The drawings were overall pretty good, but in a few key places they were not specific enough and required me to un-assemble parts after figuring out where the issue was stemming from. I also had to drill out the holes in the legs, as they were not wide enough for the screw to go through. If I didn't have the drill, I would not have been able to put this together. The zipper also ripped when trying to assemble the backrest. It is hidden, but the material should have allowed for clearance to avoid this issue. All together it took about 3 hours to put together (had to take a quick break to recharge my drill). The material is nice, but the cushions are laughably thin, especially the back cushions. They are about 2.5 to 3 inches think and I can feel the metal from the backrest support easy through them.I had bought the matching chair to go with this couch, but have avoided putting it together becuase I would like to return both of these items. Poor quality. Would have been happy enough if the back cushions at least "cushioned" a little...do not recommend. The effort is not worth the final result.

Easy to clean and good quality for a couch that came out of a box. Construction wasn't terrible but was a bit awkward so be patient. The two seater is super sturdy and very comfy. It's our pups favorite spot. Mine too, hence the smushed cushions.The three-seater technically is to halves that combine in the middle which felt less sturdy than the two seater which was one centerpiece. However it may be due to raising the couch from the original legs height. I ended up using wood to level the center and now it feels much sturdier.

Size and comfort are great, and the convenience of the USB ports on the side is really nice. Fits well in my office, and if you just need something to fill some space and use occasionally this might be good for you.Assembly isnt super simple. Nothing too difficult, but the directions don't often do a good job indicating which side is (up) on certain pieces so you may have to unscrew some parts and flip them around.Cushions aren't really held by anything and move a lot. There's Velcro on the bottom for the seat cushions but the back rests are just kind of letting gravity keep them on the couch. I'd recommend a double-sided Velcro strip to attach to the back of the backrest cushions and the piece they lean against.Build quality is pretty good. Doesn't feel fragile or like it's going to break on you. I'd recommend really taking the measurements they provide and thinking about how you'll fit on it. I'm only 5'10" so not terribly tall and this feels a little shorter than I expected - though that's on me for assuming.Overall I think this is an OK couch, but for the money I do think you can find better options.
