This was a present for my daughter who was 19 for Christmas. She loved it. It was her first record player. The sound is great. We like that it has separate speakers and it’s not too big and the dust covers. Fabulous good quality for the money highly recommend.

I was extremely happy with the look of this product. The sound it provides is very high pitched and it lacks base tones. Drums and bass are almost indistinguishable. However what a great looking product! I decided to keep it.

One thing to consider is that because of the compact size of this you can't close the lid when you're playing an album. I would prefer to close it for dust protection and to keep my cat from trying to touch it. Sound is not bad, easy setup and the bluetooth works although the volume won't go up very far even with adjusting it with both the phone and the turntable.

I took a screen shot of the player I am reviewing because the reviews here are all over the board on players and not all for the one that I purchased, which leads me to believe that is why it had high reviews...it simply wasn't for this particular player.What I really like about this one:1. The look of it! I wanted to love it because it's aesthetically pleasing2. The speaker quality is actually good for this price range! I had tried another player after I returned this one and the other players speakers were not nearly as good.What went wrong?After just one hour of play the sound would start to sound warped in parts of the record. Then by the next day it got progressively worse, to the point I couldn't even listen to music because it was so bad!I reached out to MPK and they did respond quickly and simply said:"It may be the stylist, you can try to replace the stylist or return the product"Well...yea, I wasn't about to buy parts to fix my brand new player, so I returned it.I have a feeling it's a cheaper grade needle which resulted in the ugly warped sound.This is the second player I purchased from Amazon this month and the second I've had to return.I settle for a bit more pricier player at Best Buy that works great!

Purchased as a gift and it's been happily providing music for my extended family. Couldn't be happier. There were some concerns about the needle I found later in the reviews but so far so good. No issues with any records have been reported.

When I ordered this record player, I didn't have high expectations for high-quality sound. I wanted something that would play all of the records my parents and I have collected over the years. It's not always about sound quality during playback, but it is about the retro vibe and memories that come up while listening to what's being played. The sound quality of this record player makes me happy.For me, this record player doesn't disappoint. Yes, the lid can scratch easily. But I don't remember the covers on our old school ones remaining scratch free when we were kids. Granted, there are cheaper quality materials that make up some of this player and speakers. The original players were sturdier and more robust in what they were made of. For that reason, I think the price of this player and speakers included could be lower than the current $149.99 CAD.This player does everything old school players do, with the added bonus of Bluetooth option. However, I never use this with my Bluetooth devices. That's not why I ordered it, and I think it's just an unnecessary feature. What I love is that this has 2 fantastic speakers!For me, with my love of retro sound gear, this record player gets a solid 5 stars.

Great design but that is all. Quality is definitely not there. Speakers are not working... looks like all the wiring is very cheap. Go with another brand!!!

Der ist gut aber dee Plastik war kaputt. Die Steckdose ist nicht für Deutschland geeignet. Ich brauche Steckerkonverter.

Une très belle platine, qui ne prend pas trop de place et à un son très correct. Seule chose de particulière : il s'agit d'une prise anglaise, il est absolument nécessaire de prévoir un adaptateur pour la brancher sur le secteur français

Like discreet, clean appearance. Great gentle sound.
