I have had neck problems and headaches for years. One morning I woke up and said, Enough! I was desperate. I searched and found this pillow. Usually I hate memory foam. I thought to myself, “this pillow costs about the same as one Chiropractor co-pay. I might as well give it a try.” It arrived the same day.It is not snuggly or soft or plush, but since using it, I have only had a soar neck 2 times out of 15 nights of sleeping. ABSOLUTE GAME CHANGER!!!! It made such a difference I bought one for my daughter who experiences similar neck pain and tightness. I referred it to a colleague. I never write reviews for purchases but had to on this one because I am blown away. Now I take it with me when I travel bc it makes such a noticeable difference.

I’m normally a side/stomach sleeper and was constantly waking up at night and waking up with a sore neck.I bought this about three weeks ago, and could instantly feel the difference of support between my regular pillow and this one.It did take about a week to get used to the new pillow, figuring out which side was more comfortable, and figure out how I could side sleep/stomach sleep with it.In week two, I noticed a was sleeping more soundly, not waking as often, and the neck pain was nearly gone. I was also sleep on my back more.Now in week three, I’ve woken up in the mornings without any neck pain, I did wake up once during the night, but I felt like the quality of sleep was better.The pillow does fit in a standard size pillow case, but it will slip out if the pillow case is open-ended (this may also be a “me” problem as I move through out the night, so I’m not docking the rating).

Got this and didn't like it for the first two nights, now I love it and sleep very well through the night.

Too firm and keeps my head angled too high to be a comfortable pillow. I do find it makes an ok back pillow for lower lumbar support however. Saves me returning it which is a hassle I don’t need.

I’ve had neck problems for years due to bad posture n several car wrecks. I purchased this pillow and have been using it for some time and I’m So Majorly pleased. I Do Not currently have any neck problems. If they become available again I would Highly advise people who have neck problems to try this product! Misteen Berends

I suffer from neck and shoulder pain. I thought I would need a new mattress but after reading the reviews I decided to try this pillow first and I am so glad I did. Works like magic! lol seriously the first morning after using this pillow I was like a new woman. I am a side sleeper so I used the lower side as instructed. The higher side of the pillow is for back sleepers. I would highly recommend this pillow if you wake up with neck and/or shoulder pain in the morning. The cover has a zipper so you can easily remove and wash it. It also fits in a standard size pillow case.

My husband is having a cervical disc replacement soon and is currently in a lot of pain. The memory foam is good quality. This pillow helped give him so relief. It’s easy to clean and keeps its shape. Great design and quality. Would recommend to others!

I have noticed a positive change in my sleep and the way I feel when I wake up. This pillow relieves pain in the neck and shoulder if you’re a side sleeper.
