The recliners showed up early, which was a nice surprise. They came in 3 large boxes and once I had the boxes unpacked I moved everything into my RV to Assemble. They had no problem fitting through the narrow RV door. Once inside things were a little cramped but workable. Assembly was pretty easy and did not take a lot of time. Unfortunately while I was connecting all the wiring one of the wires fell underneath the recliners. Since they were laying with the back of the chairs up I did not see the missing wire. Did not want to flip them into position until I had all the wires connected, due to the space available. I contacted the sellers and advised them I was missing a key wire. They said they would send a replacement right away but wanted me to take a second look just to make sure. I did and with substantial effort finally found the missing wire under the recliners! Finished hooking them up and they were flipped into position. They are now working awsomely! No Issues with any of the remotes as others have had.Great value and comfortable alternative to the horrible jacknife sofa I replaced. They only sit out 2 inches further than the jacknife sofa did. I currently have them sitting without being bolted down. If I would have bolted them in a final position I would not have had any walk room in the RV! This way when I get to my destination I can put out the slide on the RV and pull the chairs out from the wall and enjoy! As a potential safety option I will probably reach behind them and use the seatbelts from the old sofa to tighten them in place while traveling.

This love seat is comfortable and works perfectly. It was easy to put together and by taking it apart, was very easy to move. The massage and heat feature is just OK.

This duel recliner is very Beautiful. It has all of the bells & whistles, Recliner, Warm heat function & Message system. Very easy to Assemble. Very Comfortable! Thanks so much for making this Furniture, we will do business again soon. Scott & Renee

This couch is awesome! It shipped within hours of ordering it, it arrived in 4 days, it was packaged well and all the parts and pieces were there. As with anything these days you need a college degree in engineering to understand the instructions but we figured it out. Especially the wiring and connection brackets pages. It fits in our RV with no issues other than we have to build a platform for the base that comes out over our slideout. The quality is great and it’s comfortable! The heat and massage features didn’t even trip the breakers! I highly recommend this couch as a replacement for your rock hard torture device in your 42View!

Update: it turns out they left a cable out of the box. I could not figure out what plugged into this one female plug. Sent them a video and tried to tell me i set it up wrong. Then i took it apart and checked parts list and sure enough they left out a cable.Took a few weeks to get the replacement and set up. Now, its working fine.Massage is cheesy. The heated seats and comfort is nice. Very friendly customer service. But with the crap i went through and the massage being garbage, i give it 3 stars.I set up the couch but theres all these bolts and wires and i cant figure it out without instructions. So far its comfy. just patiently waiting on a reply so i can get some instructions. At least put some on youtube sheesh

Farely easy to assemble The heating and massage works pretty well and the reclining feature is great. Really nice. I'm really loving this love seat. Product quality is very good.

I love this chair! For the money it’s great. The padding is nice and soft, and it looks great in my room. Assembly was super easy! Just click 4 things into place and plug it in the wall. It took me 5 minutes.The arms are a bit too high, I feel a bit trapped, but they are nice and cozy. I just wish they were a few inches lower.It arrived in 2 separate boxes, via FedEx, one of which was not tracked, and was mis-delivered to my neighbor, and it arrived the day before it said the 2nd one was due. I’m glad I was home. One of the feet had some very minor damage.The usb port is super convenient, and the chair has lots of pockets for remotes and other stuff.Over all a great buy!!

This reclining loveseat arrived early and the quality is amazing. The price was so reasonable I was skeptical . Besides all of that it is a very nice looking piece. We are extremely happy with our purchase
