I have a large studio in Brooklyn with lots of plants. During the winter it gets really dry here and the rest of the year I try and maintain 40% humidity for my plants. The Lacidoll has been amazing. It runs for a long time. It maintains a consistent humidity in the room and turns itself on and off and I never hear it. I can also turn off the display light so it doesn't keep us up at night. Very easy to clean. After 7 months, my unit stopped working. I emailed customer service and they got back to me in less than 24 hours. They're sending a replacement unit. They sent me videos and all the information I would need so I didn't have any further issues. You get what you pay for. This is one of the better purchases I've made.

This humidifier works well, has a variety of options, and makes virtually no noise. It was able to help humidify a large room due to its large capacity for water. It also has an auto shut off if it runs out of water.

I live in a desert climate and struggled to sleep at night with the low humidity in my bedroom. I was looking for a humidifier that could effectively and quickly humidify a large bedroom, but needed to be quiet since I plan to sleep with the humidifier on.This humidifier checked the box for me, and as a bonus, it has a large capacity so I'm not alway refilling it and it has a little compartment for essential oils which I didn't know I liked so much. It's so soothing to fall asleep to lavender scent. The top filling is really convenient too.

We love this humidifier! It can be adjusted to find what works for you or your specific situation. It's powerful, yet quiet, and I like that you can dim the light on the front. It holds a good amount of water too! Customer service is amazing. They truly care amd helped when I had an issue.

Good on all points: well packaged in shipping, easy to set up and operate, easy to clean. Auto shut off functions well. It shuts down with about an inch of water left in the tank, so no fire hazard. At first the humidity level seemed off compared to another humidistat I have in the house, but after running for a day they are now within a couple percentage points. Noise level is low. It is heavy with a full tank of water, but easy to fill from the top. You can take the top sections off to directly fill the tank or pour water through the top. A label clearly shows where NOT to pour water. I purchased a hose attachment (separately) to hook to a faucet and fill the tank so I don’t have to lift it. Be sure to ask a question if needed. I did and found the answers helpful.

The media could not be loaded. This humidifier has the right combination of capacity, performance, and style. We program to maintain a specific humidity level and it stays right where we set it. You can also set a timer, and adjust the intensity of the mist function. This is our second Lacidoll, and we were sorry when the first finally quit working. Customer service has been very responsive when we misplaced the remote a few years ago, sending out a free replacement. They were equally helpful when we reached out to find a similar model to our original unit. Neither humidifier has produced white residue, or moisture on the floor or other leakage. We can feel the difference a good humidifier makes to our skin, hair and breathing through our dry winters, and feel this is money well spent.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was looking for a large tank and this humidifier has a T large 16 Liter tank. Design:Ease if use, just assemble using the included booklet.

I bought this item on the recommendation of a friend. I love that its easy to fill, has a large tank, has two options for steam release (large directional cone, or flat directional cover). I have had an issue since i purchased the item on March 8 - that is keeping the device from accurately identifying the humidity in our home. We live in Vegas, where its very hot and dry, so a humidifier is a life saver here. The device is completely quiet.It easily keeps our house around 35%-40% humidity. I'm currently working with the customer service team to address the issue with the product not correctly reflecting the in house humidity. It seems to be stuck sensing between 20%-22%. I was pleasantly suprised at how quickly they've responded to my CS inquiries and they've even offered to send a replacement head to see if that resolved the sensor issue.We did have to convert to an in house filtered water system for filling the device. The steam that was coming out was depositing white dust every where - but that was a by-product of the water and not the device. The good news is, i know the humidifier was covering a large area because of all the places i found dust. Even downstairs, behind a closed door, in our bathroom at the opposite end of the house.If we can get this situation resolved with the sensor so it self regulates better this is an easy 5 stars for me. I'll come back with updates once they get it worked out.
