Good cookbook for small oven
When my wall oven died, I didn't want to spend a fortune on a new one so I bought the Ninja Double oven. This cookbook has recipes that are written and adapted for it. The recipes are easy to make and delicious.

Some recipes on the wrong page
Recipes look good. Food I would actually make and eat. Some books are a little too esoteric. The only problem is the book itself. The chapter 4 index does not show the correct pages for the recipes. Tasty Beef Brisket is listed on page 52 in the index but is on page 55 for example. Not really a big deal since all the recipes are there, just on different pages. I wouldn't ding the author for a publishing mistake. Chapter 4 is the only one with this problem. The book's introduction to the double oven is good with a detailed description of its functions. All in all, I expect to be happy with this book.b

Recipes are okay, but . . .
Disappointing for cookbook. It likes good illustrations for example.

Well written of beginners
The cover has the only color recipes. The cover also has a very misleading circle around a 1000 day recipes. That means 88 pages times 3 recipes per page average comes close to 1000? Some of the recipes call for "swerve" or swerve sugar. I haven't actually tried to make any of these recipes, but I can tell that the words used are for beginners. On the good side, all recipes include a per serving list of calories, fat, sodium, Carbs, fiber, sugar, and protein, if those descriptions are important. She usually uses all the oven controls in her directions, EXCEPT the internal meat temperature probe when cooking roasts. The "Prep" Time, Cook Time, "Serves" #, is in each recipe. The ingredients lists are surrounded by a "recipe card shape". Most recipes would appeal to a weight watcher, if you watch what you eat and more people than not do. For only a few more dollars you could have purchased the "Cooks Country TV Show Cookbook", which has some color pages and is very thorough. Bertha Zimmer, the author is very complimentary of the Ninja Food Double oven. I mostly use it for raisin toast.

Lesson in “Never judge a book by it’s cover”
I was so looking forward to receiving and using this new Cookbook. Great cover but way below standards of a “cookbook”!! Not one color picture inside. The few photos of food inside are in black and white. Recipes have no photos. Very disappointed.
