I had a copper loop that was part of antique light fixture. It had broken and I needed to replace the loop. I could find nothing that wouldn't have to be custom crafted at an outrageous price. After what seemed to be an endless search I found this item in plumbing supplies and found my solution. I was able to saw a one inch section of this piece and then sand an polish the saw marks to make this work nicely.

Purchased a single 1-1/4” coupler and a 1-1/2” coupler for copper pipe, local big box stores in my area do not carry these, this is more of a plumbing supply house purchase, the problem with a vast majority of these is that those stores only like selling to contractor’s and if they do they only sell in bags of 10, I don’t need 9 spare’s sitting around.
