Just for the record, I’ve experimented with the magnesium alone and was not sleeping as well.Even though I drink the tea a couple of hours before I go to sleep, it seems to ensure a really good night’s deep sleep.I also suggest buying a black silk sleep mask from Amazon as that has radically improved my sleep.Incidentally, I hate the taste of chamomile tea. This tea has other ingredients that make it far more palatable than just plain chamomile. It’s a magical formula and, for a few dollars, I highly recommend you give it a try.
