They are certainly easy to use but as to how effective they are I cannot tell yet. I am trying them for the first time today. The first I purchased were the sleep ones which I have found very affective. I will be happy to review some more as soon as I have had enough time to use them.

"Wife"Bought these to help with symptoms of Underactive Thyroid, bought two packs of these so 30 days in total to give a good comparison.These do absolutely nothing apart from the glue square residue left to rub off, yes they tingle when you first put them on for about 5 minutes then that's itI wasn't expecting a massive energy burst but at least energy to get me through the day with my daily activities of which sometimes cause me to drop down absolutely shattered with no energy and body goes into sleep mode.I was hoping for a kick start to my metabolism to aid with weight loss with my diet loss program, but patches have not helped 😕.Some patches do not stick properly and barely last the 6 hours let alone 12 hours.Don't work for me .
