Perfect habitat, beautiful and came with everything.
The media could not be loaded. Beautiful cage. Totally worth 40 bucks if you ask me. I should have took more pictures of my little mouse when she was alive in it - she was so cute ๐ฅบ She would cuddle up in those fake roses I put in the cage. ๐ข She was a feeder mouse I rescued from my baby daddy (he bought her to feed his snake). I couldn't bear knowing that adorable little mouse was gonna be killed like that so I took her and kept her. I got her this habitat because it's pretty. I don't understand all the complaints about it at all.It came with a water bottle, food dish and multiple wooden pieces (an arch, a little house they can hide in, a running wheel, a top tier and a little staircase). All you need to buy is some mouse food, bedding and maybe a few other little decorations if you want to spruce it up a bit more. Aspen works amazingly for getting rid of that urine smell! It's cheap too. That's what I used. I added fake roses I had and my little mouse always curled up in them. She was so cute...her little ears would perk up when I came to the cage and she would come out. I miss her ๐ขIt was easy to put together. Just watch the video. Someone mentioned that they had to watch the video over and over in the music drove them nuts... Oh, why didn't you just mute it? LOL. You don't have to have the music on to watch the video over and over. That was just something else to complain about I guess.I watch that video about 20 times ๐ I also paused it many times to make sure I had the right pieces together. That's literally all you have to do. Even if you're super busy and don't think you have the time to put it together, that's just an excuse. I didn't have time honestly but over the course of 5 days I built on it each day and finally had it ready for her (my little mouse). It could take less than a couple hours if you're solely focused on it.It was kind of a pain at first but it's so worth it once it's done! Us Americans are lazy and used to everything being done FOR US and fast on top of it. We need to quit with all that. ๐My mouse was happy in it. It says it's specifically for small animals so that's YOUR fault if you bought it and didn't read anything. It is not the seller's fault for you ignorantly trying to shove a hamster in this thing. They have the dimensions on there as well. It's not hard to use your brain or bust out a measuring tape to see how big it'll be in the end.... LOLRest in piece little mouse. I found her dead the other day, not moving in her little rose ๐ญIdk what happened but I burried her outside in our yard with the frogs and fish I lost in the last months as well. I actually cried over losing my little mouse (the other animals too). I read up on mice and sometimes they just die, there's so many things that can go wrong. Please research your animal, whatever it is, to give it the best life you can. Maybe in the future I'll go rescue some more feeder mice. Maybe that's also why she didn't live too long: feeder mice are treated poorly ๐ข. But I did the best I could. May she rest in peace with the Lord ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ ๐๐ผ

Cheap and directions are rediculous
This product is very cheap in quality. The walls are held together by rubber rings, and one of the peices is cut wrong and unable to be secured. No directions in the package I had to hunt them down on Amazon and the video is done in a ti.e lapse where its impossible to keep up or even have a chance to see the parts they are putting together next. The house is made from wood as well as the other parts (rosents eat wood) and the cuts are not big enough to snap the peices together. I had to force them in and use a rubber mallet. Looks cute in the photo but terribly done and poorly thought out.

Fantastic starter cage!
I bought this cage for my 5 year old sonโs Chinese dwarf hamster and itโs perfect. It comes with everything you need including water bottle and food bowl. The plastic is a little hard to peel off the acrylic panels (I used a toothpick to lift the corners), but once you get it started it comes right off. My only complaint is it didnโt come with instructions. The video is very detailed and the cage itself was super easy to put together as long as you follow the video and pause it after each step. Great value for money compared to whatโs in stock at your regular pet store. The size is ideal for hamsters and other small animals of that size. The cage is great quality and looks really nice. Super easy to clean all you have to do is unhook the two clasps on the side and the entire top lifts off to clean. 10/10 recommend.

Great little mouse house!
This cage is really only suitable for a mouse as it's pretty small. Maybe a hamster if it gets outside exercise in a ball too.And the reviews from people who say that the plexiglass isn't clear literally made me lol!! DUH, PEOPLE!! There's a sticker on the very top piece of plexiglass which clearly says to remove protective film from BOTH SIDES of panel!! ๐ One side IS a little more difficult to remove then the other, but each panel has film on BOTH SIDES!! Once removed, the plexiglass is absolutely crystal clear! The little wooden play structure IS a bit flimsy, but it's made for a teenie tiny little mouse! It's plenty strong enough to support the weight of a mouse. The only way I can see it falling apart is if a person intentionally tries to make it fall apart. The wheel spins freely and is silent, and the little bridge provides a little hiding place on the ground level. The little ball bed that comes out the side is very secure and has a sliding top if you wanted to open it for some reason.Everything snaps into place nicely and is secured with O rings provided by the manufacturer. And there's plenty of holes and cut outs to provide your little friend with lots of fresh air.I gave it 4 stars not 5 for two things...1- the door doesn't close very securely. The mouse wouldn't be able to open it from inside, but a cat possibly could open it from the outside, if you have a cat , which I do. So what I did was drill an extra hole on the very top part of the door and secured it to the lid (which already has a hole) with a small carabineer. And...2- the door opens the entire front of the cage which is nice for cleaning, but leaves a lot of open space for the mouse to escape when it's open, if it wanted to. And that's the only door. There should be a smaller door within that front door or somewhere else for feeding purposes, especially if you have a jumpy mouse in the cage like I do.It did seem a little pricey, but then all the necessary things are included like the house, the wheel, feeding dish, water bottle... Plus you can choose the color which is a bonus! Plus it won't ever rust like metal cages do. So all in all not a bad deal and I would totally recommend for a pet mouse!
