Useful Information
I bought this fan in August of 2019 for my girlfriend. She absolutely must have a fan on to sleep and her 20” Lasko had burnt out after the kids knocked over face down while it was running. They did not bother themselves to pick it up. What a bunch of jerks right? As standard protocol she immediately overreacted and spiraled into a sleepless shell of a human being.Quickly she fell in love with this fan’s low toned hum coupled with it’s ability to circulate the air in a large room effortlessly, but without creating a wind tunnel. This fan has been running very close to 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for a year and a half and has endured some rough treatment, operating in less than ideal conditions. Around the one year mark I tore it down, cleaned it and rebuilt it. I did not replace any parts. This is a good fan and I highly recommend it, especially if you’re the type to sleep to the hum of one. I don’t know what it’s selling for now. I paid $124.99. It was with every penny.24” diameter8” depth6’ 3-prong (grounded) power cord110/120VMatte black finishFloor stand with wheelsSide handle2 speeds HI/LowRotates 360 degrees on center axis & locks into place by hand, no tools requiredMay be hung from ceiling (hardware is not included)Not for very humid conditions or exposure to excessive moisture.Easy, minimal assembly and maintenance.UPDATE: It’s now September 2024 and the fan has passed the 5 year mark. In 2022 it was left outside overnight in a rain storm. After thorough drying it still worked. This fan has a brushless motor so the only serviceable components are the two shaft bearings inside the motor housing. These bearings are sealed cartridge type 6201-2RS. I used Timken bearings, but would also recommend NSK if you can get them. CRC Electronics cleaner with silicone to clean, drive out any remaining moisture, protect and re-lubricate what the rain washed off. Clean the blade carefully then waxed to slow the buildup of dust. Clean the drum and grates then reassembled, adding split washers to prevent screws from backing out due to vibration. This Comfort Zone fan runs like it’s brand new after 5 years. The fact that it is serviceable and built out of steel, copper and aluminum rather than plastic is worth every bit of praise I can offer. The amount of air it moves is substantial. A 24” inch fan provides a 43% increase in surface area over a 20” fan. I’m listening to it run right now, as it still runs 24-7. Something like 44,000 hours total. Not bad. 5 star rating stands.

Great purchase
I use this fan in my garage gym. Had it a a few months now and it works perfectly. Blows a good amount of air and helps keep the summer heat at bay. Comes mostly put together (you just need to attach the stand).

Great fan.
This fan is great. I've had it running 24/7 since it was delivered three months ago.I have not had the first problem with it at all. It really moves a lot of air. No noisier than should be expected with moving that volume of air.If this one wears out before I do, I will buy another one.

Powerhouse Fan
Love this fan, I bought it for drying out my basement but when I backyard party I had planned turned out to be a 100 degree day I wheeled it outside and it did an amazing job keeping us cool and the bugs away. It’s very strong and sturdy wind speed is powerful!

Good quality but very noisy on high speed.
This is a very good fan for the money. We wanted something to use outdoors on warm, Summer days to blow away the gnats.

Quiet and decent CFM (after reassembly) but I cannot recommend this unit
I had high anticipation of this unit based on the reviews, and because "You get what you pay for!" I presumed this would be a bit better fan, as it cost a bit more than the average, but I didn't mind, as I wanted something which would work well and last. Sadly, my expectations exceeded what I received. I pulled it out of the box (reasonably well packaged), and; 1) tried to attach the rollers, only to discover the pin on one side didn't line up with the hold, which was obviously punched off-center; 2) the drum itself if a bit less-than-quality, and apparently dents easily, as there were three dents in the front, and two more in the back; rough handling during assembly/transit/shipping???; 3) was going through the box before I recycled it, only to discover a set-screw; trying to find out where it was from, I found the set-screw was out of the fan hub, which is to say, the fan itself was not even attached to the motor; 4) as the only way to reattach the fan to the motor was to take off one of the grills, I did so, discovering one of the screws (there are eight on each side) was stripped (perhaps tightened too tight during assembly). To end on a bright note, once reassembled the fan puts out a decent CFM (not as much as I'd hoped for) and is not very loud even on "high", which I very much appreciate. Overall, time will tell if this is worth the $110. Currently my opinion is, this is a $40 fan with a $70 profiteering add-on. I can't recommend it, unless you enjoy some Do-It-Yourself'ing to get it into working condition after receipt. It would certainly not stand up to the rigors of an "industrial" setting.
