I bought these to try because I have had various problems due to the menopause for a couple of years now. I felt unable to concentrate on jobs I needed to do and this was causing me a lot of stress. They are good, the effect is mild. I guessed you need couple of months to see the effect.

Can cause severe allergic reaction. Causes headaches, dizziness, feeling sleepy as if you are very low energy/sugar. Definitely not a brain enhancing supplement.
