At first I had a slight issue upon setting up this label printer, but one quick message with their support team and I was up and running! And once everything was setup, the amount of features this thing has is truly impressive. The other huge plus is actually the software they include with this as well, as it has a beautifully simple UI with a TON of power user features for making any number of labels- from quick one-offs to a full CSV import run of hundreds of custom, data-heavy labels. Not to mention the label versatility: You have full control over the label sizes that you feed it, AND you can pass them through from outside the rear of the printer. So the options are truly limitless. Highly recommend this beast if you run a small business!

I typically don't leave reviews, unless the product is bad. I love this printer. The print quality is amazing. Here's the reasons for 4 stars, and they are not a deal breaker for me personally.1. The printer huge. With a printer this size I would have hopes it would accommodate the large 3-inch core labels (free from UPS). It does not. You cannot even put the folded stack inside - not enough space.2. Thermal transfer ribbon - I wish it was more compatible with generic rolls that are cheap and more environmentally friendly; you have to buy a brand cartridge. It is not reusable, although I am thinking how to overcome this.3. I was not able to install printer on one of my PCs that I use as a print server. My fault, didn't follow directions the first time. Deleting and reinstalling printer does not help. I was able to set it up through Ethernet though, and works like a charm. I will look more into it or contact support when I have time. Some other models are a bit more forgiving if you don't install software/printer in the right order.4. It does not have the metal cutter that is typical for label printers. Not huge.deal.if your labels are perforated (although they don't always tear off straight), but some of the are not.Other than that solid equipment that I hope will last.

Since I ship a lot of stuff on ebay, I needed this printer and works great. It's very easy to use and connection is fantastic. I can print all kind of labels with this compact device. I have the same brand for my tattoo printing and they both work well. Highly recommended

This is a great printer - it is a little bigger than some of the others however that is likely due to it being better built. This isn't much bigger but it is much better IMO. This is a beast of a work horse, it works great for barcodes, I have been able to use this for production and not had to worry about missed prints or label issues at all. I really like this printer compared to many of the cheaper ones I have tested. This one has earned top marks from me as far as printers. It is a higher price printer however I do feel it is worth it in the end as it is of nicer quality. Great value IMO.

The printer has a little bit of weight to it. But it's not too heavy you can't carry it. I love the compact size. Setup was easy. The print quality was great. And I love the fact that you never need ink again. It's great to print any barcodes, or labels that you'll ever need.

I love how incredibly easy it is to set up this printer. It was ready to print in less than five minutes. I downloaded the app to start the print and the download was easy. The app for this printer downloaded to both my android phone and desktop computer. This is an easy app to use. I was able to get it ready to print again in just a few minutes. This is a durable machine. Made to withstand extreme temperatures. It prints very clean with no defects noted. This is a workhorse of a printer. Perfect for any item you need to ship.

Plugged it in with the included cable and powered it on. I was able to download the app and get a print working quickly. The print quality was nice and crisp with no defects. There is a lot of room for a roll of thermal paper inside the printer and it comes with a roll holder that locks the roll in place. There is also room to pass through paper behind the printer. It has multiple connectivity options ethernet, serial, usb, but the option I was most excited about was bluetooth. The bluetooth connected with the app quickly on both my computer (MacOS) and my iphone (iOS) with no issues. I love this printer with it's 300dpi prints, much cleaner prints than my previous 203dpi thermal printers.

This printer can print in two modes - direct to thermal paper (the paper is sensitive to heat) and thermal transfer (normal paper is printed on by a thermal ribbon). Both produce clear results, but I normally just use thermal paper as I use a lot of barcode printers that use thermal paper as well. I myself don't c are for Bluetooth as it can be unreliable, so I use a USB printer cable instead which works quite well. Printing is fast and reliable, and I love that I do not have to install a roll of thermal paper inside of the printer - you can just get the leaf type of paper that sits in back of the printer, and it will get fed in as-needed. This thing just works - can complain about it at all.
