Does its job and it’s good. Sturdy and thick. Good value for money in my opinion. Used it to keep oil off my appliances rather than keep oil in the stove tho.

Works but be careful
This was a good size to put around a 12" skillet but be careful about getting it on a hot grate. My grates get hot all the way across if I heat up one burner and that black coating around the edges of this shield will melt. If you can balance it on the cooler body of your stove it will be fine but if you have large grates that cover your stove and get hot all over this won't work. I like that it is tall. I am going to look for one that is completely metal with no binding around the edges.

Perfect for protecting your backsplash tile or wall. Folds up nicely and corners are rounded and protected.

Falling apart.
So perhaps I received a defective unit but the rubber protective gasket that goes around the metal (to prktect the stove from scratches) keeps curling up. It is very annoying and will not stay in place. This is not worth the price.
