The water drainage holes are a smart addition, ensuring that rain doesn’t pool on the surface, which is a big plus for outdoor use.However, I did find that the step feels a little less sturdy than I expected, especially when used on uneven surfaces. It still serves its purpose, but I would have liked it to feel a bit more solid and secure underfoot, particularly for those with balance issues. A bit more weight or reinforcement in the design would make it feel safer.That said, it’s an affordable and functional mobility aid that works well for lower thresholds or doorsteps. If you need a quick, portable solution, this is a good option, but keep an eye on the stability, especially if used frequently outdoors.

This very lightweight, wide & stable 5 inch platform enables me to tack-up my large horse, with a lot less effort, as it gives me the height advantage (extra 5 inches), rather than only being 5ft 2, struggling with a 16 hand horse. Excellent help with fitting her heavy saddle & winter rugs.
