I love pre-filling my syringes so these have been so helpful in storing them.

First of all, it's got a clip for your shirt pocket but it's too long for the clip to "clip!"It's difficult to remove from the carrier. I do like where there is indents to keep the syringe from being pressed while in the carrier.Once you open it, also difficult to open, you can't get the syringe out.I'm disappointed in this product. Would NOT purchase again.Go with a different carrier.

I am new to the exciting world of sliding scale insulin and while I try to remain upbeat about the situation I needed a solution to carry preloaded syringes to work. These are excellent for protecting my syringes and precious insulin during my day. They hang out in my fridge loaded for the trip in and stay in the mini fridge in my office for safety. Great product ..

It fits a 100 unit syringe at full capacity. I wish they came in a smaller size, since I want to carry 15-20 units in my 30 unit syringe, and it could be an inch and a half shorter. I do like how slim it is. It’s a little fiddly, getting the syringe in just so and popping it back out, but not bad, and it opens and closes well. (Start by inserting the wing of the syringe into the slot in the hinge side of the case to fit into place best.) I don’t plan to use it daily, just as a backup, so it’s not a big deal. Definitely recommend for a purse backup.

Only fits tiny needles.

Good to have but the plastic is very thin and I've gotten pinched 3 times trying to open /close.Still a great idea though

Fits my needles very well. Closes securely. They serve the purpose perfectly
