Price is too high
The price was Rs 28999, when I bought this in January 2025. Now it has reduced to Rs 17999. How can the price vary so much within a month.The customer service is extremely poor.For visiting they are charging money and for repairing also they charge money. Seems like I will pay more than Rs 28999 for visit charges and plumber charges during the warranty period. Please do not buy this product. A big No .

Amazing sink but with few issues.-Installation manual is almost useless. You need to figure out yourself the installation.-The glass washer button can be clicked accidentally. This sprays water all around. It should be like the other sinks where it can be simply pressed to release water. Now we have to keep a bottle or glass mounted over all the time to prevent water spraying.-Water pressure issues. For some reason it controls the water pressure to such an extent that the waterfall point becomes useless.-The pull out hose quality is pretty bad. The interlocking broke for us within few days.-No idea what to do if the electronics mess up anytime in future.

Need a service executive to visit to home and try to fix it
The media could not be loaded. After turning off the knob. water seems to be not stopping and it flows continuously

Poor quality product.
The media could not be loaded. Light weight, Feels like tin not steel. And the alignment of this sink is out. All 4 corners are not at same level. Build quality of this product is exactly same as available in local market shops for almost 4k rs. Water retains in corners and doesn’t drains out completely. You have to wipe it off manually.
