I always wanted to buy a voice recorder to hear how myself sounds like but husband always says just use the built-in one on your phone. But since my phone has limited space I really don't want to waste any storage. After surfing on the Amazon for a while, this one seems very reliable so I decided to try it. I played with it for a little while when I first got it. Pretty easy to handle and the voice seems really nice and clear. I took it to a random meeting and played it after, I never realized I use so much "like" when I talk. Now I always took this recorder to some important meetings just in case I miss anything and also see what I can do better when I talk. Very useful little thing. I am happy with it.

Good for what I needed it for

It is decent shape, not so small but definitely significant if you need to fit in a pocket to quickly run from one class to another. Which is what I have been using it for! I just started my first year of law school, and it has been nice knowing that I have a device to rely on quickly!However, it can be tedious to set up! I have a MacBook and was so upset when I saw I had to call customer service to make it work for my mac. I did not need another task to add to my already busy schedule, but hopefully, I will talk to customer service soon and be able to fix that! As for the battery life, it is good, I have 9 hours of class throughout the day, I charge it every night just to make sure it doesn't die on me during course (it did once, and I was mortified!!!) I keep in a Ziploc bag, so nothing like dust or dirt gets in!As for audio, if you're playing out load the recording, it will be a bit tough to hear but if you have the headphones that it comes with or any, in general, the audio is excellent!For my first recorder is does its job!!!!

I used this thing all through Cell Biology! It saved my life on various occasions since our teacher talks really fast! I will definitely be using this in vet school!

Well built, compact. One annoying feature is the difficulty rewinding and fast forwarding. While listening to recording if you want to REW or FF to a point in the recording you must hold down the button for more than a second otherwise you will be sent to the previous or next recording. You then need to start over to find the desired spot in that recording. Very annoying!

I usually dont leave comments but i am super ecstatic to say that this voice recorded looks amazing, the size is great , and the sound sounds great!!! I tried it several times within different distance levels and the recorded voice was still clear. I cant wait to use it at school!

Used it for 3 weeks so far, and i am satisfied. I like that the main buttons are on the front, and the display is easy to read. Operation is fairly intuitive, and recording quality is great, especially for the price. It has all the features the average user will need for voice recording, lectures and dictation. Good product.

This EVISTA recorder is very good - it does as the advertised information states. I have another EVISTA simple recorder and both are good. Good service from EVISTA too. Recommended
