Sleek-looking, well-running machine that is effective at filtering out hair and other debris. We have a plastic fountain for our cat that requires deep cleaning every month or more, and does the job but definitely wouldn’t hold up to our new frenchie puppy! This one has a better filtration system — both a sponge filter around the pump and a separate contaminant filter — has a handy window to see the water level, a blue light which emits a nice glow at night, and it is 100% SILENT. The interior parts are most plastic still, but ant least that’s less plastic to clean. Our puppy tried chewing on the fountain briefly but gave up because it’s a solid fountain :). We’ll soon be replacing our cat’s fountain with another one of these!!

Well I love it. As for my cats???? One loves it and drinks from it all the time. 2nd one is curious about it and drinks out of it occasionally. And 3rd cat won't touch it. it's as if she doesn't know it's water. so bummer, I still have to have a bowl out every day along side the fountain.I love the very quiet sound of water. No motor irritating your ears. Nice and wide for drinking from the pool, and a good spout of water to drink directly from. Cleaning is super easy. Great price too. I love stainless steel, it's great quality.

Almost 3 weeks of use and this fountain has seemed to work perfect.Easy to assemble, runs extremely quiet, and cats like drinking from it.According to the product images you are able to run it with or without the little water hook/spout, but I found that the water comes up a little too forcefully causing the cat's to not want to drink from it. Once I installed the hook/spout the cats have loved it, drinking both from the water coming out of the spout as well as the water catch basin before it goes through the water filter.I did not see any way to flash or let you know when the water is getting low, but I've kept it nice and full so it hasn't been an issue.So far I can definitely recommend getting this.

So far, so good with this water fountain. My cat is 18 and has some kidney issues, so my vet recommended getting a water fountain to encourage her to drink more water. At first she stayed away from it, but slowly she got curious and started using it. Now she will often just lay beside it and watch the water move! It is easy to put together. I have another cat, who I haven't seen use it yet, but the size seems appropriate for multiple cats. It's quiet as it runs - I use the faucet feature and do not hear it at all. I have had this for almost 2 weeks and checked the filter just yesterday. It had some hair in it, which I pulled out. I will change the filter as recommended. I like that I can see the water level through the front window so I know when it's time to put in fresh water, which so far has been every 2-3 days. I have the water separate from the food dishes because my cats would put the food in their water bowl. This fountain helps prevent that mess. I did not give 5 stars because I haven't had it long enough to say much else; but overall I'm happy with the performance so far!

Looks exactly as pictured. Well-made and easy to set-up. One of our cats used it immediately and drank straight from the spout and the other was afraid at first but watched it for an hour before lapping from the bowl. Keeps the water fresh and the cats like the running water. Worked well when we left for a long weekend as we filled it to the maximum level and lasted until we returned. My daughter loved it so much she bought one for her cats and they love it as well. Highly recommend!

Love that it’s stainless steel, clean & quiet. Capacity is good for a week so terrific for when out of town. Cat loves to enjoy the stream of water as he drinks

My cat decided that she wanted to jump in the tub each morning to get a drink. So we had to turn the facet on and wait till she is done. Well I went a looking for a fountain and came across this one. I wanted something easy to clean so I am going to give this one a try. It's been a month so far and all is good. The water flow is perfect it's like a perfect stream. The motor is really quiet, I can not even hear it run. The good thing is, if you do hear anything from the fountain that means it needs water, the pump is trying to work but no water there. Yes sometimes we get busy and forget to refill it. This does hold a lot of water that is good. So far this is working like a charm and no complaints.

Works great and our cat loves it. We had a different style of fountain bowl before this but it was louder (both splashing and motor noise), held less water despite being larger, and was a PITA to clean. This one is smaller than I expected but holds over a week's worth of water and is easy to clean and change the filter. We can't hear it at all unless we're in the same corner of the room leaning over. The soft lighting on the level window makes it easy to see the level from across the room.
