This is heavy and very cute. Lights up and being outside doesn't damage it. I love this

The tail broke off after falling once. The light still works and I put the tail back on backwards, but it broke off with so many small pieces breaking inside the tail that I won’t be able to just glue it back on. It’s so cute but I will likely have to throw it away after a short time as my fix is very temporary.

Looks pretty good, time will tell how long the solar light lasts.

Update Nov. 2, 2023: Please disregard my Oct. 30 update. I have discovered that the on/off switch needs to be turned to on when charging this in order to get a full charge. I failed to do this at first and that is why I only got 2 and 1/2 hours of light. When I retested charging with the switch turned to on I have been getting many hours of light.Update Oct. 30, 2023: I am getting no more than about 2 and 1/2 hours of light in the evening after charging it on the porch all day. I did not deduct any stars because the item makes no claims as to how long to expect the light to stay on, but buyers do need to know that the light is limited in brightness and duration. Still, it is a delightful and attractive piece but if you need something that remains on longer this may not be the best choice. .I first want to give kudos to the seller. The first statue arrived damaged and the seller promptly replaced the statue which arrived today and is perfect. This is a really clever little statue and is good for both indoor and outdoor use. though if using indoors you need to realize that the light is solar powered so it would need periodic sun exposure to recharge. It feels very sturdy, was easy to assemble and looks great. Be aware that it is only a little over 15 inches tall so while it looks great on a porch, it can be easily placed on a table, shelf, etc.These lighted statues come in various forms. I got the resin cat statue and wanted to have it to add as a Halloween decoration. But in reality, this is a cute decoration good for year round enjoyment.

So I opened the package to styrofoam particles going everywhere, tail snapped while I was assembling it so glue and tape to repair 5 minutes out of the box, and it’s really small! Not the garden statue I was hoping for, dinky!

I purchased the monkey statue. It is cute, but they spray-painted it with this blue color that does not look good. Also make sure you have the superglue ready because the tail will break off. While installing it it snapped right off. I do think the product was overpriced and should have been half the cost. The little light is very small and has absolutely no brightness to it whatsoever.
