After getting no response from Hitachi after emailing them I found this item on your site. The descriptions and photos were clear and precise and it was easy to match the controller I needed. It was despatched and I received it very quickly and is identical to the old one. Thanks to you I now have a tv recorder box I can use and enjoy again. Thoroughly recommend this company
