I have tons of digestion issues and an EXTREMELY sensitive stomach. I find these to be very gentle and a good option when I'm not needing forced results. Most products don't work for me and I have been able to get relief with these several times. These work best as a first round option for me when things are not absolutely dire yet. However, I have also taken them when things are getting dire as well. Since everybody is different, this is an option I feel like is gentle enough that it's worth trying. And that's coming from someone who has tried every option under the sun! Most products I either have no results from, or have very painful side effects from and often without intended results still.

before bring the 100 bottle i was trying the 25 pills and omg they work wonder. trust me bruh my family genes when it comes to have good bowl movements its close to be finding a good job. like I look pregnant after eating a Tripler dipper from chiles. now maybe its my bad eating habits, but these pills clear me off. I recommend this product. I have IBS-C. It’s gentle but I can only do a 1/4. If I do more I get cramps and BM frequently during the day. So I recommend trying 1/4 if you have a sensitive stomach like myself
