Q: Fans don't fit my asus rog strix b450 -f motherboard is there a cable converter of something i could buy. i've never seen these type of fan connector

These fans does have two ways to connect . You can use the motherboard power fan connections to connect to the fans or use the 4 pin molex ends and connect to your PSU power supply.

Q: How many watts do the RGB fans (that come with the case) use

these dont use a lot - if this is a concern, then your margins are too small and you should get a better psu

Q: Will the frgb lighting work from an msi z590 plus?

The lighting on the fans is fixed and can't be changed. It looks nice enough, but you're stuck with the rainbow effect.

Q: Hey would msi b365m pro-vdh work with it?

Yes, it will fit ATX or MATX motherboards. Yours will fit fine.
