HTC 10 EVO 5.5" Super LCD3 Display 32GB Octa-Core 16MP Camera Smartphone - Unlocked for all GSM Carriers - Glacial Silver

I was a bit hesitant to purchase this cell phone because I didn't know how it would perform. However, as soon as I powered it up there was nothing to dislike about it. Was also unsure that it would not work because some unlocked phones tend to be problematic however, it passed that test too. This phone performs better than most of the other phones I have used and friends are commenting on its design and sleek lines. Would recommend the product to anyone.

I had to return it. It didn't work. The screen would turn white, and it constantly lost service. The picture quality was the best I ever saw in a phone, so it was hard to part with. But within a month, I sent it back. Also, it got SOOOO hot. If I had to charge it, or just using it. I was never comfortable watching videos or playing games on it because of how it would begin to heat up. The company was really understanding, though. I simply returned it in the original packaging.Original: It gets hot, but not crazy. I don't run a lot of games on it, though. The picture quality is iPhone level. The metal back is my favorite. The headphone thing is kinda cool, too. No one can borrow my charger 👹😃

Connectivity, value for money

can't get the headphones to work or for it to play using the aux cord. Probably gonna have to return it.

The first htc exaperience I have had was pretty darn good and the phone was not water proof or dust proof . You have to treat the phone like it's a phone . You can't just throw it in water . First time you get it and then complain about it died the phone don't work . Im expecting a good experience from htc. The first phone I had from them was pretty darn good. The htc I had worked great . I don't know why you are haveing bad experiences with your phone's.

The first few months the phone was great! Very fast and takes excellent video and photos. However, I used it for specific business calls which occur several days each week, but not daily so the phone wasn't used daily like my other phones. This HTC would get extremely hot, so I used the power conservation mode to keep it cooler and it worked. Android 7 is a bit annoying, but was simple to use. Technical complications are the phone started freezing and crashing regularly during months #5 - 8. I couldn't find any updates so I stopped using it for a month then decided to reset the phone to factory settings for the third time. Used the phone for two weeks and the screen changed colors and stopped responding. No Images. Just sounds. The phone video card is dead, thus can't use the phone! Oh and I had it enclosed in very nice BOLT Covers. The B200 which is now a waste of $$$.

Very dissapointed phone is beautiful but not completely compatable with tmobile as they say... Bought a cover and everything to only have to return the phone. No help from tech zone. Not even a phone to speak to someone.

I don't know what more this phone could have to make it better! the screen is huge, the fingerprint ID feature is fun, music sounds great, the speed is super-fast, both for processing and the LTE data speed.

Exactly what I expected and paid for. Came brand new in fantastic condition with all pieces. It was worth paying for Purolator express shipping, arrived exactly when it said it would. Would definitely buy from them again, they confirmed and wrote a response right after shipping. Thanks again!

El teléfono presento fallas en la conexión a datos y en una semana se le descompuso la tecla de home, ya no la detecta. Le he enviado un correo al proveedor y no me han dado respuesta.
