My wanted to learn to play golf, but soon discovered she had a problem keeping her lead arm (left) straight. Purchased this, and after a few weeks of playing with it on, she got to point where she didn't need it anymore. She built her muscle memory and is playing so much better. Well worth the purchase for those who are struggling with a chicken wing effect.

You can't bend your elbow with this on your arm, so it forces you to rotate your core to get your club back. It's great for getting a coiled feeling. Also, on the follow through it forces you to keep turning otherwise you won't be able to hang on with the trail hand (no chicken winging).

I liked the concept- agreed with the purpose of the muscle memory- but I could not get a comfortable fit.

As a novice golf player this really helped me with my swing.

This is an elbow brace to be used on the lead arm. The size worked for me, but I think that’s the idea. It’s adjustable, so it will probably fit most people. The inside is like a sleeve, so be aware. You can use it outside the sleeve and just rely on the Velcro straps though.They is some padding, a little gel ring for the elbow. This is easy to use, but not real sure of it’s effectiveness. It’s about keeping your elbow straight, but you can bend this easily enough. So maybe just tighten it more?It’s priced about right, what these things usually cost.Would I use this on the course? Probably not. If I broke 80 every time I wore it then yes. Just like in bowling, if it helps my game I am for it. I would want it to function a little better for me.So I am a bit torn with this. I think it’s more player dependent. If you have a chicken wing and cut your backswing short. It functions good enough for that, I say it’s a buy. As a junior golfer, I have tried some aids to help my swing. So far, this is the best one. Seems like made of quality fabric, soft, and breathable. There are two sticks in both side of the brace to keep my arm straight, in a very natural way. That means it won't make my arm stiff like an old type robot. I can slightly bend my arm to keep my arm straight naturally. It's a great concept to help me build up muscle memory. Highly recommend!

Really a worthless piece of junk in my opinion

The elbow brace has a good construction. Others that I have feel cheaper but this one is well made. It does have a little give and I wish it was stiffer. It has three straps, which helps keep it in place but even at that it slides a bit when its in use. Honestly would make a great brace of the golf course as well. Its easy to use and helps you have better form for the game but your arm does bend more than I would've liked.
