Did a lot of searching for a good chair in my house after hip replacement surgery. I’m only 37 years old, experienced some trauma, got a bionic hip. Our furniture is cute, but not practical/comfy. We’re not much for lounging. However, I’m now in need of comfort and support, and am sick of being stuck alone in bed. These chairs came today, my 12 and 14 year old kids put them together for me, super easy. Thumbs up! My husband tested the chair with some solid sit-downs, and then I put it to the test. It was a solid sit. Not too far to go down before resting. Cushions were surprisingly supportive and cushy. I felt good. I cried, for-real tears. It’s been weeks beyond weeks since I’ve sat with my family, not confined to my bedroom. After a while of sitting I was exhausted and ready for bed, but felt good all things considered. Time for the standing up test. Nervously, I grabbed on to my walker, kicked my leg out and prepped for takeoff. And I stood. Not too far to go up to get up! Wonderful! I’m hoping to heal before I get too comfortable sitting down all day, boy I miss standing. Thankful for these chairs. It’s the little things.2/27/24Just a quick update!Still love using these chairs! Great chair & reasonable price. So soft and great on your back

I purchased these chairs as my office guest chairs. They were easy to assemble by myself, however, I did have to prop the items on a table when I was assembling the bottom cushion to the legs. The cushions are thick enough and the material is soft. I've had several people sit in them so I know it can hold someone who's 300 lbs. I don't know how long they will last, I guess it depends on how often they're used. But overall, I got a bargain. The price was very reasonable for some great chairs. I recommend this product.

They are a little to high for the reason i brought them, but i can still us them. Other than that they are great

I gave these 5 stars because for the price these are great. I struggled with the assembly bot because they were outright difficult to put together, in fact they should be easy. However on each chair there were to pre drilled holes for the screw that we had clean out and almost re-drill in order to get the screws in. That being said, they're great value for the money and I'd buy them again.

These chairs exceeded my expectations in value and finish considering what they cost to buy. I’m sure they didn’t cost that much to manufacture but given how you’re likely to dump the same amount of money on a single uncomfortable plastic chair at IKEA I’ll call it a win. It’s just 8 hex screws per chair assembly and the key is included, the process could not be simpler. Longer screws are for the seat, shorter ones are for the back. Just lightly thread everything together and once the seat and back are fastened to the legs, stand the chair up and tighten everything down. Now you have a very stable and supportive chair in less than 10 minutes. This is a big upgrade from my uncomfortable plastic chair from IKEA, it offers some lumbar support which I don’t recall being a selling point of the chair. My senior father with bad knees even likes this chair because of the seat width and padded armrests. I bought the 2 pack so I have one at my computer desk and one in the dining area. I will probably replace the other dining chairs with these also. My only concern is the upholstery. It’s soft and smooth for sure but how durable they will be in the long run is questionable. I’ve owned other false leather chairs to have them flake and peel apart with a year or so, hopefully it won’t be the case with these.

This is my last time buying anything from an Amazon vendor. 99% of the time what you get is worthless garbage that does not assemble correctly or just does not work. This is just another example. The days when Amazon was a reliable retailer are long gone.
