It works so good. This lit up my charcoal super fast, it is easy to use and very safe.

This product failed far too quickly. It stopped working after only about 20 uses, despite being purchased just a few months ago in December. While the concept is excellent, the materials and construction are clearly low-quality, making it a poor value.

Works great, it takes a couple of minutes to really see results, but when a minute after that it working great. You can actually see flames coming out of the charcoal, WOW,PERFECT WATTAGE

The unit heats up quickly and gets chunks of wood and wood chips smoking very quickly. The basket that the wood and chip get heated in is very flimsy. The metal lip which is used to pick up the heating basket is constructed of is very low gauge steel and bends under the weight of a few ounces of wood. Over all, I make it work by picking it up at a non-intended point. Price is cheap so to me it was worth buying.

I purchased this for my husband and it is perfect very sturdy and high quality. This is the best looking for quality

The burner has been a big assist in getting Hookah coals burning. Fast and Hot. Love it.

Purchased this 800W Charcoal Starter to replace a 400W one I had for a year. The Rosenfeld 800W did heat up charcoal a little bit faster than the 400W one, but not near twice as fast. The Rosenfeld charcoal starter stopped working 36 days after purchase. I was lucky I still had my old 400W one that still works well.Review edited since, Amazon won't let me write two reviews for two items purchased. I purchased a second one a year later after reading a whole bunch of positive reviews. Maybe I got a bad unit. The second one lasted almost two months before catching on fire.This product isn't just bad, it is unsafe
