good looking machine with large freezer space
Our old Samsung( Same brand) packed up and we think that it was a software failure and not a mechanical failure as it was corrected by an engineer (after we had bought the replacement). The information booklet did not give any info about how to correct software problems. It would have saved us lot of money if they had. No other criticisms.

Spacious and stylish freezer
Only set up yesterday in newly fitted kitchen. Really spacious with versatlility of drawers and shelves. So far woring well. Easy to use instructions which is always a bonus! Love the fact it has a little ice cube maker. Haven't seen another freezer with this feature apart from the large American style ones. So far so good!!

Size matters
The new model is approximately 3 cm taller than its 10 year old old one. Being wise especially if it is going to be used in a fitted kitchen unit. Having said that the new freezer is great.

Freezes rapidly. Easily accessible shelves and drawers. Good size. Very pleased with this purchase.

Unreliable Product with appalling Samsung Customer Service
Should have paid attention other poor reviews.Bought to replace 22 year old Miele freezer for better efficiency. Spontaneously defrosts loosing entire contents on no less than 3 occasions and on 2 other occasions we saved the contents. Bought August 2023 broke within 2 weeks, repaired then and just before last Christmas now one booked for 20 Apr 22☹️.A great company is judged by how well they put things right when they go wrong. Sadly Samsung customer services, online/Chat/phone is designed to make your experience as unpleasant as possible. You spend days going no where. On this fact alone we have not bought another product from them.Now on our third repair & set of PCBs. AWAITING gas and compressor test. Local contractors say they have had quite a few incidences like this lately.Have no confidence in this product. Should have waited for Miele to restock.Should be Assessed as by WHICHs a do not buy NOT AS A TOP BEST BUY.

Freezer
So far it has been faultless, the ice maker works well and the different drawer sizes are really useful. If I had to pick fault I would say the instructions for reversing the door look to be very complicated. I did not bother after looking at them.
