I use this to make chicken adobo. When I was stationed in Okinawa, it was one of my favorite meals and later when I was stationed in California, I had some friends who were Filipino and knew how to make it. I ordered the sauce, followed the recipe and it was great, just like I remember. The sauce was very well wrapped and did not break in transit.
