This product was recommended to me by a Sports Therapist. I am older, have low thyroid, and often lack the energy I need to do the things I want to do. I take two of these in the morning, and have noticed an increase in energy, with no negative interactions with other medications or supplements. I take it in capsule form, so notice no taste at all.

Tried Ribose powder as far back as 5 years ago. Back then it was a hot new product but untested. A local cycler was using it and swearing by it as far as indurance and recovery. Five years ago it was very expensive but worth it when I could afford to purchase it.Recently Ive tried this exact product even thought NOW brand has about the worst reputation on the market. I was told when it comes to Ribose the brand doesnt matter because in creating this product it hard to make poor quaility Ribose. Long story short, I use about a teaspoon of this when I go inline skating and I love it. Endurance is subjective but I notice an enourmous differnce when I use ribose. Just remeber to hydrate yourself.

So far so good. Hoping to help symptoms and heart palpitations. Will update if the vitamins do not help.

Everyone is different and everything doesn't work for everybody. I've been taking this for almost a week and as of today will be throwing in the garbage. The first day took only 2, went to the gym and my heart rate was through the roof hours later and I felt jittery like I had copious amounts of coffee. The next day decided to take 1, thinking I need to work my way up to at least 2 a day. Terrible headaches, anxiety and depression has been my week and the only thing different in my supplement regimen is this! After doing research found out this supplement can cause all the symptoms I've been experiencing. In the garbage it goes!

Take this for chronic fatigue. This is one product that is actually 1500mg, which means I only need to take 1 tablet 3x a day, It works and because it is higher potency, it is less expensive than capsules, which advertise 1500 mg, but that is the potency of multiple capsules.

I really enjoy using D-Ribose, my energy levels are high and I don't need that cup of coffee after 1p.m. to get me through the day. Be advised that you need to take this supplement for at least 30 days before you start to feel something,
