Items like these are difficult to find locally. This switch replaced a faulty conveyor belt switch at a local houseware store. Their switch was supposed to be waterproof but it wasn't. The internal parts rusted. This switch has a rubber seal to keep water out. Each one of the three buttons has two sets of switches. The left side has normally closed contacts, and the right side has normally open contacts. The bottom has a rubber plug which easily pops out to install an electrical cable. Make sure that you align the front plate with three buttons. I put it together, and thought that something was wrong because it didn't work. Each switch has two tabs which insert into the face plate's buttons. Each switch has a momentary spst (single pole single throw) electrical connection with a set screw.
