I definitely feel that I made a good purchase. I am currently rehabbing my kitchen and when I saw this sink I knew it would be a good look.

Excellent product and costumer service

Great sink. I haven't used the accessory lip so much yet, but I imagine I'll use it more as I get into the habit of knowing it's there. I did build a taller cutting board to fit into the gap that's also flush with my countertop. The plastic handles on the colander are a bit flimsy, perhaps. My only major complaint is that the sink was implied to be 1/8" thick, but this is only around the top lip. The rest of the sink is much thinner, although I haven't encountered any problems stemming from the reduced thickness.

I checked and yes it does. I really feel stupid now. But why couldn’t the Amazon customer service team member just investigate and tell me that instead of wasting 35 minutes. It’s a nice sink and I will enjoy using it for many years. I would recommend purchasing this sink.I bought this same sink 4 years ago with no issues. I bought this sink because of the all the features it had especially the drying rack. Now, I get this sink with the wrong size drying rack and the only option I have is to remove the sink and send back for replacement or refund. Why can’t Amazon contact the manufacturer and have them send me the correct rack. After spending 35 minutes on the phone with Amazon Customer Service the only option they gave me was to refund me $30 or send the entire sink back for full refund. It just doesn’t make sense to have to remove the sink and reinstall when they could send me the correct rack. It would be cheaper to buy a new sink than pay a plumber to remove the existing sink and reinstall the new sink. I wouldn’t buy anything from SANYCASA. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. Amazon Customer service isn’t much better either.

I could bend the side panels before we even took it out of the box. I gad expected the metal to be stronger. Drying rack and cutting board were really wonderful. The work station was nice just didn't like the thin metal

Amazing sink with solid construction, clean look, and deep for a lot of dishes. Plus all the accessories that it comes with make it highly functional. I just renovated my kitchen and this sink has become a stand out feature. Prep work for cooking is make simple with the built in cutting board - easy to rinse veges and other ingredients. The only thing that I did to make this sink better is to purchase a deeper drain basket (3.5" Kitchen Sink Drain Strainer Assembly Kit with Stopper Decor Flat Cover Lid) since my kitchen does not have a garbage disposal (insinkerator). The price is great, the quality of construction is solid, and the design is clean. Highly recommend.

I love the sink, but the items that they sent with it did not fit. I ended up buying some things off of Amazon like the dish rack. The cutting board we modified for it to work. I called to get replacements, but they wanted me to send the whole sink back And it was already installed. If you get the sink, open it and make sure the items did it correctly.

Really nice sink at a great price.
