I ended up buying both the large and medium sizes as my measurement is exactly on the point of change. Perhaps the company could consider a small overlap in the sizing. The concept is good and helpful, but a sizing adjustment would improve it.

Needing to continue with heavy building work while coping with a hypermobile SI joint, I took a chance with this, and (in combination with Rocktape strapping applied by my Chiropractor) I can now put in full days digging out foundations and filling skips. (Too mean to pay builders!)Update in October 2017: This accelerated the healing, and I was able to finish the foundations and to date have laid around 700 blocks in the new walls. Last year I paid a brickie £1,000 to do a much smaller job, because my back wouldn't let me do it. So, I still have the belt, and I am convinced this belt was pivotal in recovery. After heavy use it is still looking 'as new' with no sign of wearing out. I hope never to wear it again, but it stays ready just in case!

I have sacro iliac joint dysfunction, following an injury on duty, I’m a front line police officer.This belt is fantastic. Not sure how I’ve managed so long without it but the difference is night and day. This is life changing- less pain less pills

This was my third attempt at getting a support belt for my lower back and this one is great. I can put it just where I wanted to and it stays put which others haven't. Highly recommend this. It arrived promptly too!

Hat mir bei den Schmerzen in meiner Hüfte und in der Becken Wirbelsäule sehr geholfen. Nur zu empfehlen. soll auch bei Leistenbrüchen helfen.
