Great product and customer service
everything I need for a DIY guy. It does more than my regular OB2 reader. I was able to reset ABS, Ethanol percentage, clear suspension system trouble codes and more. I am still learning what else I can do to help diagnose my 09 Chevy Tahoe LTZ 4X4.Thank you UDIAG

This thing is great!
Usually when you order things like this, you get disappointed. Not this time. This thing hooks up to all of the cars that we've gotten from the auction and tells us whatever we need to know to get the cars up & running at peak performance. I'm very impressed!

Great for troubleshooting!
This is essential for any of us who like to troubleshoot our problems (or even reset things) before we take our car to a mechanic or dealership! I can't tell you how much time or angst I eliminated by using this! Make sure you pick the one that is the appropriate fit for your car and you'll be up to learning and doing more for your car than you can imagine! There are great videos on the internet on how to use these OBD Scanner tools (OBD2 in this case)

Easy to use ~
This diagnostic tool isn't exclusively designed for BMWs; it successfully worked on my car and proved to be a valuable asset in diagnosing issues. Understanding its operation wasn't overly complex, and it allowed me to avoid potential overcharges from mechanics. It was easy to read the codes on the machine.

Code reader works for more than just BMW
This code reader comes in a nice, compact carrying case that is easy to store in your car in truck. I tested it on two vehicles, a 2013 hyundai and a 2011 chevy. Both vehicles vin numbers popped up when doing a search. While trouble shooting a check engine light on the chevy it immediately threw out a code we were able to address it and clear the code. This is a nice handy tool to help prepare you for the $$ at the mechanics shop or to trouble shoot and repair on your own. This code reader falls in line price wise with other code reader I've used and purchased.

As Good as Shop Quality
After using this for a month or so, I have to say I'm pretty impressed with it. Basically the same quality as the computers that they use at the dealership. As far as being able to immediately recognize codes. And just as important, to clear the codes. It's not as fragile as some of the cheapo OBDII readers that you'll find online. It's durable enough, made to last, and should work for many years to come. I originally was a bit skeptical because I wasn't familiar with the manufacturer. But the fact is, they make a pretty solid little diagnostic tool that will save you a fortune on trips to the service department at the dealership.

works well for our BMW 325i
We are fixing up our 2003 BMW 325i for our kid to drive, and this scanner works well for this car. Once connected, it gets power from the car and takes about 5-10 minutes to scan. You can watch the basic (fault/no fault) results pop up on the screen. To get the detailed codes, you plug a dongle into this unit and put the information from that dongle onto your computer. You do have to install and register software from the manufacturer to be able to print out the results. We are a little wary about this part, but we needed the info and took our chances, and will stay on top of virus/malware scans like we always do. But this scanner did provide some valuable information about things that will need to be fixed to make this car safe and reliable for our kid to drive, which is great. It actually provided a bit more information than another, older scanner we tried. So all in all, worth it.

Quick and correct assessment
This car diagnostic tool quickly and correctly identifies things that need repair. It's great to be aware of what needs to be fixed in your car. My son likes to do his own repairs. This device allows him to correctly assess what needs to be done. He can then fix things before they get worse. It's handy, and you can keep it in your glove compartment. This is a terrific diagnostic tool.
