Full of laughs and nods from also a dad with a daughter
I read the first half of this book when my daughter was born. And I finally finished it when now she is six. Time flies and you will never get it back. I found quite a few great take aways from another dad (author Doug Moe), such as it's my daughter and it is up to me who let you even touch her. And share how cute and amazing my daughter is, whenever I can slip in a chat or in a conversation. Anyways to all dads out there, this is like reading a book from one dad to another. Just pick it up for a laugh while you are at it.

Honest, approachable, and very funny. A great gift...
When I found out Doug was writing a book, I knew it'd be funny and I pre-ordered it. I don't have kids, but I got a kick out of it anyway - it's often LOL-funny. So, when one of my best friends was pacing the halls of the hospital awaiting the birth of their first child, I handed it to him, not only to pass the time but also to try to take some of the edge off of his concerns about the scary, mixed-up ways his world was about to change. He did kick his feet up for a quick and enjoyable read, with a bit of genuine perspective from a guy who has been there before, and wrote it down with a refreshing blend of humor, wit, and wisdom.

Parenting is Teamwork
This is a fun read. It's targeted to men and encourages a teamwork ethic to child rearing. For those that believe that childbirth is the woman's job, Moe reminds us that the father has a very important role and takes a lighthearted approach to reinforcing that view.

Man vs Child
I thought this was a very well written collection of experiences by a man who obviously knew what he was talking about.

Hilarious! My new "go to" gift for the dads in my life
This is a GREAT book for someone who already has kids, who's expecting to have kids or just wants to laugh at people who have kids. I expected to scan a page or two (because I have a one-year-old)...I flew through it. The format is busy parent-friendly. You can read it in small chunks and come back to it which is kind of important to me now that I'm a mom! It contains hilarious insights that are current, realistic and refreshing, complimented by equally funny artwork. Such a fun read. This is going to be my new "go to" gift for Father's Day, expecting dads or anyone with kids who needs a laugh-break.

Great Mother's Day read/Father's Day gift!
I'm not a dad or a parent but as a childcare provider I can definitely relate to everything in this book! I read it on Mother's Day, ironically, and once I started I couldn't put it down. My friends are tired of me raving about this book but they'll all be ordering copies anyway! I can finally relate to my dad friends on a whole new level. Doug Moe is creative, clever, and hilarious and he absolutely kills it with this book. His daughter is pretty hilarious, too.

Child is so good. Most parenting books are generic and even now
For anyone stressing about what to buy a friend with a new baby or a new dad on Father's day, Man vs. Child is so good. Most parenting books are generic and even now, so many of them tend to offer old-fashioned advice. This is so funny and perfectly reflects parenting in 2017. Thank you, Doug Moe, for being hilarious. Also, fast shipping and I loved the brown box it came in, so thumbs up to Amazon for sticking to what they do best.
