For those of you that don't have to eat keto or low carb, you can find other products. For those of us that have no other choice and eating low carbs isn't a hobby or a fad but a must, and if we happen to love pretzels then these are cause for celebration. Considering that they made these using mostly ingredients that aren't even in a real pretzel, it's quite amazing. I have been getting their tortilla chips for over a year and I like them and I know how they have a great crunch but you do notice maybe the peas in the ingredients. Whereas you can eat tortilla chips and pretzels completely on their own, these chips and pretzels are better with some kind of dip. But that fact that I can now grab a pretzel which honestly tastes almost exactly like a real pretzel, is great. After going so many years without them and thinking that I would never be able to eat a pretzel again, I was thrilled to see these advertised. Actually for the last year or so, I've been purchasing zero net carb flour and many different products that are pretty decent, so I was wondering when someone would come out with pretzels and here they are! I chose the variety pack, but I've only tried the traditional salt pretzels so far and I'm not disappointed. They seem perfectly balanced between pretzel flavor and salt, not too much, not too little. They've done a great job. I'm looking forward to trying the other flavors.Considering this is their first attempt at pretzels, in time they could improve upon the recipe and get make them even better than they are now. I hope this helps you to decide. They are a little expensive but the bags are pretty big. It's a treat I can afford to get myself every few months.

I am on a keto diet and have been for 6 months. I was looking for something like this because I do miss eating chips or pretzels. I was very disappointed these taste like cardboard with very little salt. I even made some dip to help the taste but they were so bad I could only eat about 6. Since I cant return them I will feed them to the chickens but not sure they will eat them either my dogs wouldn’t.

These are the real deal. Finally a beautiful salty, crispy pretzel that is low in carbs. Its become my favorite snack. They are great for everyday snacking

Crunch, texture, and flavor of a real pretzel are all great. Most of the powdered flavor on top is not great. These are also high protein/low carb, so the texture starts off perfect, but ends a bit granular to mushy at the end. I'm not really a texture person, but that could be off putting to some. That being said, for being low-carb, it is an amazing substitute. They are a bit pricy and I think I'd give their plain salted pretzels a 5 star review... the extra flavors are just not great, though.

At first they seem a bit dry, but they really satisfy that crunch craving while still helping me hit my protein and fiber goals. I add white cheddar popcorn seasoning and they're perfect.

I got the 4 pack. The bags are pretty large. I was so excited for the crispy crunch of a pretzel, until I bit into the first one. It is crunchy, but it's a hard crunch, not like a real crispy pretzel.The flavor is ok but within a couple seconds, it's just not good. It kind of disintegrates into a pasty dust. I tried the salty and now I've opened the garlic and butter. They're no better. The garlic seasoning on the outside is good but when you bite into it, it's the same thing. The only way I've been able to eat these is to dip them into cheese dip or chip dip. I suspect these bags are going to last a long time, because I can only stand to eat about 3 at a time, then back into the cupboard it goes.

I’ve had protein pretzels before, and they were meah but better than nothing since my body works against me if I eat the commonly available pretzels. These were very light-weight physically, so I expected about the same powdery, softer protein like pretzels that I’ve had in the past just a different brand. The crunch and taste really surprised me. I’ll make sure to keep on subscribe and save to create my dipped pretzels or eat alone as a planned snack.

First time trying these and will be the last time! They had a terrible smell when I opened the bag. Smelled like fish. I got the salted ones and there didn't seem to be enough salt on them at all. Very dry too. I've had low carb pretzels and eat another brand, so I will stick with my previous brand I bought a few weeks ago. Maybe my cat will eat these lol
