Seeing as I'm the first to write review on this product I'm going to tell it like it is.Quality control and care are definitely not put into this product. As I've noticed upon opening the box......Bad seams, large dents, small dents (both protruding from the inside out, and the outside)Both bottom sides of the tailgate are damaged (It's quite obvious this had been dropped before packaging)The reason that it's obvious is that the packaging had no damage on or around any of the outer cardboard, nor on the cardboard protection pieces within the box.Something told me that the price was too good to be true, and I knew as I told my wife, "How much do you want to bet that this tailgate is already damaged?" And that's putting it lightly.Over 25 years as a paint and body tech I've seen my fair share of aftermarket parts that were questionable, but this takes the cake. At least the other parts were shipping damage....This tailgate was damaged before they packed it up.The cost to repair the damage in the photos would be considerably more than what the item cost itself.I ordered a tailgate to replace a tailgate....I was delivered a tailgate that's in worse shape than what was going to be replaced.Waste of time, money, and resources with this company.It's pretty sad that this is the quality we're getting these days.I highly recommend passing on any of the products they sell.First impressions say it all.
