I haven't been pregnant for almost a decade but I got this pillow set for my general back comfort (side sleeper). I like that the connection is adjustable (though most nights I just stack the pillows how I like and don't bother attaching), but the best part of this pillow set to me is that I can still use my own head pillow(s). All other maternity pillow sets require their pillow to also be under your head, which I hate. This set gave me freedom to move the pillows around - back, between knees, etc. - and still use my favorite head pillow. I even take the smaller ones with me when I travel in lieu of neck pillows; they fit right into my backpack!

Very good pillow for this price, I was scared when I ordered because of the cheap price but it’s sooooo good. I can recommend it to every pregnant women. And also the sheets are washable what is important.

It can be useful after maternity period also. Not unlike other maternity huge pillows. Comfortable, easy to use. It can relieve backpain by using the small pillows.
