Great product
I love this brand. I buy the liquid form as well at Whole Foods and Sprouts. I love to take it to kill the yeast overgrowth from eating too much sugar. I’ve been using it for 9 years.

Great for Food Poisoning Symptoms!
I take two of these when I eat out, or when I feel my tummy start swelling up and I get nauseated. The can ward off the sickness of food poisoning within 30 minutes. I have tried it over and over and it never fails.

Works Wonders (Especially for Acne)!
I mainly use Oil of Oregano for my acne, although it has many other health benefits. Below is a summary of Oil of Oregano's health benefits (and side effects), a brief comparison of the North American Herb & Spice P73 Oreganol capsules vs. the Now Foods Oregano capsules, and how I use it on a daily basis.SUMMARY:Oil of Oregano is highly respected among the natural health community, and is often referred to as "Nature's Antibiotic." Backed by scientific research, Oil of Oregano has been proven as a highly potent antiviral, antibacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-parasitic oil capable of fighting off infections, reducing inflammation, and relieving pain. Oil of Oregano can be used both internally and externally, and is well-suited for treating skin infections (including Acne), digestive problems, sinus problems, the common flu, allergies, and fungal infections (just to name a few). Side Effects of Oregano may include allergic reactions (always try a little first), and decreased absorption of iron (therefore Oil of Oregano should not be taken during pregnancy).COMPARISON of Now Foods vs. North American Herb & Spice Capsules:First off, let me point out that Oil of Oregano is available in both in liquid form ( North American Herb and Spice, Oreganol P73, 0.45-Ounce ) and in the form of gel capsules. However, I highly recommend that you purchase the capsules, as for most of us who tried adding 2-3 drops of Oregano Oil to 8 oz of water had difficulties getting it down. Although this is subjective, Oil of Oregano does not have a very pleasant taste and leaves a burning sensation when taken in liquid form. The capsules help eliminate this (for the most part) and are much easier to get down. Now to compare the two available options, the decision is very simple. If you are looking to take the Oregano Oil as a preventative measure against the common flu and to strengthen your immune system, I would recommend purchasing the Now Foods Oregano capsules - NOW Foods Oregano Oil Enteric, 90 Softgels. Although not as strong as the North American Herb & Spice P73 capsules, the Now Foods Oregano capsules are cheaper (1 capsule is 11 cents vs. NAH&S's 34 cents per capsule), come with 90 capsules (vs NAH&S's 60 capsules), and do not have the typical oil of oregano taste (they taste sweet... really nothing like oregano). If you are looking to treat something specific, such as Acne, inflammation, fungal infection, etc., then I strongly recommend purchasing the North American Herb & Spice P73 Oreganol capsules (the product on this page), as those are much stronger and contain more Carvacrol (the active ingredient in Oregano). Each capsule of the P73 Oreganol blend is equivalent to 6 drops of Oregano Oil. When purchasing, make sure it says P73 on the bottle in order to get the most potent capsules! As far as the taste goes for these ones, you will definitely experience an aftertaste of the Oregano, although it is not as bad as drinking it in liquid form.TO SUMMARIZE:Now Foods Oregano Oil Capsules: Cheaper, more capsules, taste great, less potent but more than enough when used for preventative measures (common flu, strengthening the immune system, etc.).NAH&S P73 Oreganol Capsules: Cost more, highly potent (1 capsules = 6 drops of Oregano Oil), less capsules, and has mild Oregano aftertaste.HOW IT HELPS ME & HOW I USE IT:To keep it short (review is already too long!), I have had moderately-severe acne for several years now. After having seen a dermatologist for the past 2 years and trying out various products with little or no success, and the pressures of being one of the few juniors with acne in college, I decided to look into natural solutions and found Oil of Oregano. And I am glad I did, because since I started taking it, my Acne has improved a lot! It is not completely cleared, but it is much better and I would now say I have mild Acne.Apart from helping my Acne, the Oil of Oregano has also helped me recover from a viral infection, reduce my daily allergies, and it has helped me with my IBS & constipation. Now here is how I use it for Acne:1) Take the P73 Oreganol capsules 2x a day with food or juice.2) I cleanse my face after I get back from school with - Aveeno Active Naturals Positively Radiant Cleansing Pads, 28 Count (awesome pads!). I do not cleanse my face in the morning since I shower in the morning. Also remember to use a moisturizer, I use - Aveeno Active Naturals Daily Moisturizing Lotion, 18 Ounce.3) 1-2 hours before going to bed, I cleanse my face again. Then I mix about a quarter cup of Epsom Salt (also works wonders for Acne) in a bowl, fill it with warm water, and then rub it onto my face (exfoliates the skin). I leave it on (face should be completely white when dry) for approximately 30 min. Your face will feel dry and might burn a bit, but once you rinse it off your face will be completely smooth and hydrated. Epsom salt can be bought here on Amazon, however, it is much cheaper at your local CVS/Walgreens. If you have never heard of Epsom salt (mainly added to baths for muscle aches and inflammations), just google it.4) After 30 min I rinse off the Epsom salt, pat my face dry, and apply the liquid Oregano Oil (P73 from NAH&S) to my acne. I simply use the dropper to put 1-2 drops on my finger and apply it to the acne. Now I will warn you, it will burn like crazy and your skin will turn red. However, if you can get through the burning the first couple of minutes, eventually the redness and burning will subside. The burning comes from the Oil of Oregano working against the bacteria in your skin. If you are able to leave it on, once you wake up in the morning all redness will be gone, your skin will look smooth, and the acne will be significantly reduced. (Tip: If you can't take the burning after a couple of minutes, once it's dry, apply Aloe Vera). Also, the Oil of Oregano wont damage your skin, in fact it is often used to repair damaged skin by dermatologists.5) After a couple of days, your acne should be almost gone! :) Then you can start using the Epsom Salt and Oil of Oregano less frequently, but continue taking the Oil of Oregano capsules 2x a day.Hope this helped and was worth the read. For whatever reason you are taking it, I hope it works as well for you as it did for me!
