This couch is amazing for the price you get it for. It pulls out into an amazing full size mattress. It is stiff for a bit straight out of the boxes,but once it sits out and the couch has time to expand it's pretty comfortable. It's very easy to assemble only like 8 screws you have to put on for the feet. Took about 35 minutes all together to put it together. The quality is nice, the color is exactly what I wanted, no stains, and pretty solid.

I love how sturdy this couch is. I love the cubby it has, it's so convenient and spacious. The cup holders are great and hold a decent variety of different sized cups. The couch is more on the firm side which I find great as well. It's not too high so it's great for shorter people or people with difficulty in mobility.

This thing is cheap. And there are reasons for it.It's built pretty good, except few things:- if you lean on armrests they'll crack like Cheetos. Something is definitely breaking there.- I'm just about 200lbs. My wife is about 160lbs. Yet after watching one episode of a favorite show our bums will leave a crater there. Well, first few months. Now it's always a crater there.- the sitting area is small. Those pillows are making area really small. You can still comfortably sit though, it's just not as deep.We got it as a replacement and also as a temporary thing because we just got our baby. Grey color is absolutely good for this reason. In a small span of 2 months we had puke, breast milk, formula, pee, few blood stains, chocolate, mango (because it had to be mango) - and after wiping it looks like new.

This is one of the most uncomfortable couches I've ever sat on and the cost is well above what it's actually worth. It's extremely tiny, but I knew that going into this and was willing to look past that part if it was comfortable enough (it's not). If you need this to fill a smaller space and you don't plan on using it very frequently (emphasis here), I guess this is a fine choice (you could still probably find better options to fit this need), but this is by no means a standard living room couch.Where I have my real problem is with the customer service. Don't be fooled by the return policy, because you WILL NOT be able to return this item. If you decide to go through with this purchase, you can only return the product if you have the original packaging (which is listed nowhere in the actual return policy, because I knew it was risky to buy a couch online, so I made sure I was aware of the return policy). If you don't have the original packaging, they will only offer a partial refund. You also have to front the shipping cost and any additional means to package and transport the product. Essentially, I was just advised by their customer service to sell the couch on Facebook market place because it would be too expensive for me to return.So to summarize - do not buy this if you have any hesitation, because you will not be able to return it in an affordable matter.

At 82 inches it was small. I knew this upon ordering and figured it would be fine for awhile as I just moved 1,500 miles and just needed a couch to sit/lay on. For the price it seemed fine. The photos of the cushions and any type of description stating it is "soft" or "comfortable" are not at all accurate. The photo that has the hand pushing down on the cushion, in my guess, could have only been accomplished by someone literally doing a handstand on it, or by putting all there body weight into pushing down on it. It's a nice couch dont get me wrong, but it is very firm, and I mean VERY firm. Ive slept on futons, couches, in my car, office desks on long shifts, floors, and this fits somewhere between the floor and the desk depending on the thickness of the carpet. AGAIN...this is just my own opinion and if firmness isn't an issue with you, or if you just need something on the cheaper end, or for a tiny apartment/room then it wouldnt be bad, but if you are legit couch shopping then this probably isn't it. This review shouldn't be a reflection of the company being bad, or the couch being bad. I just couldn't do it with the size and how firm it was. Just a heads up if you are looking for a long term couch.

This couch is amazing for its price! So firm and comfy, easy to put together. The storage is so spacious. AND THE PULL OUT BED! The cushions thickness for the back of the couch is heavenly. Bought this couch back when it had 0 reviews and was so scared to buy it but I’m SO glad I did !!

It looks nice and was fairly easy to assemble but the arms were kind of hard to get on. It is so uncomfortable and I have been trying to convince myself for the last couple months that it isn't that bad but after about 30 minutes of sitting on it we have to get up so watching a movie or anything is just not possible. If we do try to just push through we are constantly shifting around trying to get comfortable as there are hard wood pieces you can feel if you sit in certain spots. I am 5'4 and my feet hang off the end of the longer part which isn't as big of a deal. The arms of the couch are also just very very short. Cup holders are definitely nice but would be nicer if the arms of the couch weren't so low as it makes it very easy to knock cups out of the holders with all the shifting you have to do to get comfortable.

This sofa/ sleeper bed is very comfortable for either sitting in leisure or sleeping. Firm sofa, I like the neutral color with a minimalist look. Assembling was easy to put together with the easy to read/ illustrated pamphlet. I’m very pleased with this sofa purchase I have zero complaints or concerns.
