Nice option

Spring
No issues with springs but as they were not labeled it took a while to figure out what or which was the 9 bar spring.

great option for fixing the OVP on the Gaggia Classic Pro
I recently added the Gaggiuino mod to my Gaggia Classic Pro. During that upgrade, I also replaced the 9 bar spring that was in my machine with the one from this kit.I had been previously been using a 9 bar OPV spring from another seller. The 9 bar spring in this kit feels like the same tension and it fit in my machine like the other 9 bar spring did. As far as I can tell, the three springs tensions match to the three from my other spring OPV kit.Overall, I think this is kit is a great value.

Portafilter Static Pressure With 3 Springs are (6.5 Bar, 5.5 Bar, and 4.1 Bar)
I replaced the factory installed spring in a Gaggia New Baby F-type OPV with each of the springs provided in this kit. I subsequently measured the static pressure at the bottom of the portafilter with a 300 psi (glycerin filled gauge). The readings for these 3 springs were 6.5 bar (95 PSI - shortest spring 18.4 mm uncompressed length), 5.5 bar (80 PSI - longest spring 24 mm uncompressed length), and 4.1 bar (60 PSI - intermediate spring 20.5 mm uncompressed length). These springs are composed of smaller diameter wire than of original Gaggia springs as well, and far less stiff. The stock spring for the New Baby was 11 bar (165 PSI - 24.6 mm in uncompressed length). None of these will produce 9 bar (130.5 PSI) at the portafilter.
