This was a present for 6yr granddaughter with some guidance from us with reading, what the volumes are etc shes had some fun exploring experimenting with what works well with what etc, this is a great present for doing one to one, really gets them thinking of what measurements are, very educational great box of fun

Absolutely brilliant. We have brought other science kits before and have been so disappointed as they often don’t contain much and expect you to buy other items to do the experiment. However this one is packed full of stuff, everything you need for loads and loads of experiments and the test tubes, conical flask etc are a brilliant touch. My son loves the real lab feel. Afraid it’s only 4 star as the safety glasses really let it down, they have razor sharp edges especially the nose piece that actually cut my domes nose, I remedied it with ductape on the nose area but it’s such a shame compared to the great quality of the rest of the kit.
