I plan to reach out to customer service to see what can be done.This frame is so pretty, sturdy, and I put it together by myself. Now, I am using it on adjustable beds so it’s only the outside but. I absolutely love this bed. I went to buy it and it was out of stock, so I contacted customer service and the seller was OUTSTANDING! They told me when it would be back in stock, and I reached out when it wasn’t. They apologized and said that it was being delayed for whatever reason… And told me the date again it would be back in stock and they asked if I could wait, and I agreed to wait because I wanted this bed… I went back the day they said it was supposed to be in stock and it was a weekend, so luckily when I contacted them the following day, which was Monday, they said it was officially back in order sent me a link and I purchased it right then. I hadn’t even purchased anything from the seller and they were unbelievably kind and patient with me.ONE NEGATIVE **** The ONLY bad thing is one of the USB connections on the bed doesn’t work, so that was kind of a bummer.

Love the bed. Takes a long time to put together. The headboard doors were difficult to get on track. Shipped quickly but the box was damaged and there was a big dent in the top of the headboard.

I was able to put it together mostly by myself. Directions were pretty easy to follow. The bed is lightweight- the one thing I’m having trouble adjusting to is it feels low to the ground compared to my old bed so that will take some getting used to. It’s aesthetically pleasing- I like the LED lights and the rustic-ish look. I think it feels pretty sturdy. I dig it.

Love the bed frame! It's nice and sturdy, Only thing I will complain about is the LED lights! It took over two hours to try and get them on but I gave up and just finished putting the bed together. So I have no LED lights on my headboard but that's ok. The barn doors make the bed extremely cute and I can hid whatever I don't want my dog chewing up

This bed is not terrible it was very easy to put it together I did most of it myself only needed my husband's help a few times. I only get a squeak when first sitting down. The only complaint is when wanting some intimate time it moves easily and the headboard rocks very easily. If you have anything on it it will fall off and bang against the wall. Not sure how to fix this issue. Not sure if it's the best for couples.

We bought this for a head board. We have an adjustable base, so no need for support rails at the bottom. However, it’s sturdy, so you can trust it to support your mattressWhy we like it:- upgraded a to a king so need to get rid of nightstand- plenty of space on top. We have 32 oz water bottles so we needed something sturdy to hold them- drawer space for books and whatever else you need- LED light in the shelves. You can connect an app to your phone- outlets in the head boardWhat we have:- Ease Adjustable base (12 inches high)- Mattress 13” highNotes:- need 2 people- not heavy- 22 steps to build-easy instructions to follow-no drill needed-took 5 hours for the whole process to be completed-delivery came 4 days late but only took 8 days to come since orderingIf you buy look back at these notes:- Part 1: #17 make sure those tiny holes on the flat part are facing out- Part 2: make sure the light strip doesn’t start at the end of the boardIn one of the pictures you see we only have 2 bars going horizontal. We had to take the #4 near the foot board off for our adjustable base to fit.

I absolutely love this bed frame. I love the shelf and storage space on the headboard. The led light strip is great. It does squeak just a little bit but it’s not terrible. Over all we are very pleased.

My husband and I bought this bed on May 16 2024. We began putting this together and where to start. 1- the instructions are awful, and don't go in the direction you think they should. While we were putting it together we discovered one of the pieces came broken. Thankfully that piece alone did not affect the outcome out of the bed. I messaged the seller and they gave us a small credit for the inconvenience. 2-Not even a month later, one of the legs on the side of the bed literally snapped off as my husband laid down for the evening, and then, 3-We then discovered that the three bars in the middle of the bed were slightly bending and going to give out as well. I instantly messaged the company directly and have not heard anything back and here we are another 30 days after the bed breaking and I have not heard a thing about getting sent new parts or anything. Now we are out the money we spent on this bed and have our mattress on the floor. I don't recommend this bed as it didn't last at all, the company is unresponsive in regards to sending replacement parts. Also just for some clarity my husband and I are average sized people, so I wouldn't say the legs broke due to a weight issue either.
